I returned this item because it was faulty and I have received a refund. Padding in the sole had an inch gap which meant they were very uncomfortable to wear.

Placed an order for a pair of slippers on 13/12/22. Ticked the box to also order a prepaid returns label for £1. Invoice received and I had been charged for 2 prepaid returns labels. Emailed House of Slippers asking them to refund one of them. Reply received from Misbah 14/12/22 advising order already dispatched with 2 prepaid returns labels so no refund. Slippers received 15/12/22 with just one prepaid label. Emailed House of Slippers to again request a refund of £1. No reply. No refund. I will not use this company again.

I have sent you an email on 20 December, this is what it said I have returned these slippers and been charged £14.29 on 20 December. I purchased them for £18.29 on 30 November. Therefore I have paid £32.58 for nothing. Please sort this out immediately or I will reporr this to MasterCard. Carole Pigott

Can’t review the purchase because it’s never arrived, can only review the service I’ve received. I purchased slippers as a Christmas gift on 4/12/22. They were apparently shipped on 5/12/22. Despite a phone call on 16/12/22 when I was promised it would be looked into, I’ve heard nothing since, Christmas has been missed and slippers still not arrived. Not very good service. The goods tracker says they are still in the Stoke depot. The lady I spoke to on the 16th said she would E-Mail them. Regards, Nigel Roney

So annoyed - slippers arrived in a bag not box then despite packaging order slip and documentation saying beige I received pink slippers not beige!! Called up to complain and told nothing they can do return and order again, didn’t even offer to pay for next day delivery! Bad service.

Slippers were advertised as £14.99, but when I checked my Paypal statement, I had been charged £35 extra for postage. They replied to my email by saying that this was due to me choosing the Royal Mail option. This postage was not included on my final checkout balance. Leicester to S.Wales £35 Royal Mail?? Very deceiving and misleading. Ended up paying £50 for a pair of slippers.

Dear Deborah, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this, I have looked into this for you and unfortunately, when the order was placed on the website you chose the Special Delivery by 9am option which is why the cost of postage was £35. At checkout all orders are confirmed with all prices shown, this would have displayed the contents of your basket and the delivery fee which you would have been asked to check before confirming the order and making payment. I have also checked the order confirmation and this is also confirmed on there which would have been emailed to you when the order was placed. The order was delivered as per the Special Delivery service selected via Royal Mail and within the specified time frame. Whilst I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused here, we cannot refund the delivery cost and in no way have been misleading as all the information was provided at checkout. I would love to be able to write a review to say how much I love my UGG pj's however I've yet to receive them! After paying a premium price for delivery for RoyalMail Tracked 48 on the 26th of November I still don't have my order! As a result, won't be ordering again from house of slippers.
