I think would be good if the returns label was sent with the original order! A paper label, especially for older customers without a printer!

If a prepaid returns label is purchased with the order then a physical copy is enclosed inside the parcel or we can always arrange for a QR Code to be emailed across if you are having any difficulties returning an item. Rather disappointed with these navy moccasins. The slippers themselves are comfortable but blue dye has transferred onto the light coloured carpet where my husband sits and stretches his leg out.

Warm and fair quality but I hate them . They look like those cheap boots the scruffy chavs wear . I’ll likely wear them if need put rubbish pot on a freezing night , other than that disappointed

Ordered a size 6 slippers but they were very big and loose of my ankles and my feet were slipping out. Not a good fit

I ordered the wide size but I’m not so sure these ARE wide!!! They are very tight & although the label on the box said wide the slipper label said just ‘5’ which I initially thought was a mistake but after wearing them I now realise wasn’t!!!!! But I’ve worn the 1 pair now, thrown away the packaging & have the 2nd pair in the wardrobe ready for the charity shop!! I have a broken wrist at present( which is why I had to order online) but the minute Incan drive I’ll be off to get a pair of well fitting slippers !!!!!!

Hello, I was really dissapointed with these slippers as the sizes came up very small. I ordered a pair of slippers in my partners size but they were too small, so I ordered a second pair in a bigger size, they were also too small. Gutted as the slippers themselves were exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered 10 slippers out of which 3 slippers not the righ size I requested for my children!! Same happened before! It seems that if the size requested not available they give you any size!

Slippers I got were to big even though I ordered my size and I am not happy to have to pay for my returns on the slippers the returns should be free not happy

No free returns, which for people living on benefits (as many disabled people are) can be an unexpected cost. The returns process is very difficult to understand. If you go to customer services, it points you to buying a returns label for £1, which goes up to £3.50 at the checkout. This, is not the right way to send an item back! Most confusing.

Item was too small. Cannot find any way on the website to return item. Printing on website very small and as for the despatch note …I had to get a magnifying glass out. I am disappointed with this company and will not be recommending. I could not find how to return item and therefore unable to answer questions about

Will not order again. Didn't realise that you have to order a return slip when you purchase a produce. The return process if you don't do that is laborious and not worth the trouble.

Disappointed on one slipper the Velcro looked as tho the machine had not stitched it and I had to hand sew it myself , couldn’t send them back as they were urgently needed for my elderly mum in a nursing home and needed that day hence choosing next day delivery
