NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! I sent back 3 pairs of slippers for my elderly mother, and they only refunded me 1 pair - absolutely shocking a company can get away with this! I had proof of weight of postage 1380 grams that’s not 1 pair - very dishonest

The slippers look great but unfortunately are the most uncomfortable footwear I've ever put on my feet. The insole design is truly awful and I can't believe they are for a men's slipper, they don't give my feet any support where it is needed. I've pulled the foam out from under the insole and this has improved the comfort. Sorry but I can't recommend them.

Returned slippers-colour of each slipper did not match each other! Is there no checking before being sent out or is that because they're cheaper than elsewhere!!!

I still haven't received what I paid for. Waited a month since placing the order.. and have just been resent the parcel with the same size slippers I sent back! Very frustrating. I have now spent more money on returns than actually getting a pair of slippers that fit. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Excessive emails I had to block the sender - I got to check out then changed my mind and had 12 chasing emails within an hour!!!!!!!! Felt abused

The slippers were very nice ,but although they were wide they were too tight for me. I have returned them this week. They was no instructions for return or a form to fill in, so I hope they have gone to the correct place. Maureen Perry TQ139QU no

I thought they were a bargain when they arrived very comfortable and cosy. Unfortunately after a week or two the back seam split on on of them. I’ve tried to upload a photo but don’t think it’s worked.

The company is quick in sending items and that is satisfactory, but very slow in refunding money to you. Despite a promise to do it within 7-14 days, I am still waiting 16 days later and got this message. 'As I'm sure you can imagine, we receive hundreds of returns a day to process refunds for and this can take some time to work through. Rest assured we are working round the clock to ensure we can refund returns as quickly as possible.'

Very disappointed with awful service. Went on for weeks and ended up with nothing. I'm surprised you have the nerve to ask me. These were ordered as a Christmas present for goodness sake! Plus: we did not order "mule" slippers
