“I'm really happy with the product and the service. The numbers are made from beautifully machined brushed stainless steel with lovely lathed brass fixings. When I received the numbers I realised that they were designed to be fixed to wood. I read the FAQs and they said that you could choose wood or brick fixings from a menu at checkout stage. This was not the case. There was only a field for special instructions. Anyway, as I needed brick fixings, I called the company and they immediately sent me the fixings. They worked perfectly and the numbers look great. Many thanks!”

“Ordered on LED house sign for a new build. Expensive but worth it. Contacted the company when the lights stopped working after 1year. They sent out a test kit and then subsequently a new strip of LED's and full repair kit with instructions. Turned out to be a faulty wiring connector (not a sign fault) but the customer service and care was far greater than you expect from companies these days. You can certainly tell its a family run business. Would not hesitate to recommend. Product great too.”

“The houseplate arrived really quickly and it looked great. Only thing I could say is that there was no template in the box to help fix it to the wall but it was no biggy as we made our own Would definitely order from them again!”

“So so delighted with my house sign, looks lovely and arrived so fast with great communication and service. I had a new front door fitted and the sign just sets off the look of my house....Now my porch looks complete with the personalised sign.....so easy to fit, took about three minutes......looks wow and even better than I imagined and the price was so affordable...
