“From start to finish we have been so impressed with the service we have received. When we visited the showroom for the first time we were given all the information we needed on the spa we were looking at very friendly no high pressure sales which was great. Delivery and installation was painless really nice guys. We had a small problem with a panel on the spa new one ordered straight away and fitted by Jason as soon as it arrived. After sales was great Jason checked all the product levels for us and gave us advice on where we were going wrong. We would highly recommend this company.”

“Fabulous service from Graham and his family. Very knowledgeable about all the spas - we visited several times and nothing was too much. We chose the Vita Prestige Spa which we will be trying out at home tonight the minute it warms up ! The crane lifting went without a hitch and Jason and Gareth were really lovely guys who set the spa up and explained all about the running and maintenance. I would not hesitate to recommend buying a hot tub from here - there is a lovely choice and we have been assured of full after sales back up as well just in case we can’t get the hang of keeping the water clear”

“Great service when purchasing. There was no heavy sales techniques like other sellers. Happy to answer any questions and to try the hot tub. After service is also brilliant. We have had to have our tub moved due to moving house and this was no hassle. Really recommend these guys for buying and hot tub after sales. A*****”

“We chose to buy our hot tub from Hot Tubs Hampshire because the staff know what they are talking about. Graham and Adam were great from the first visit. When we decided to make the purchase, the price on the tub was what we paid and there was no going back and forth to a manager to secure the best deal. This was actually quite refreshing! There is a good range on show and it was great to talk through the benefits of each with those who know. The staff knew an electrician to install the necessary supply for a good price. Delivery was arranged and the tub was delivered with a small crane. There was no issue getting it into place. Jason was great and spent a lot of time with us getting it set up. There was one very small leak initially with one of the pipes but this was very quickly sorted by Jason and the after sales care has been fantastic. They are always on hand for any information or advice. They also stock a huge range of products for the spa. All in all, we cannot recommend Hot Tubs Hampshire enough.”

“We could not be happier with our Vita Envie Spa from Hot Tubs Hampshire. Graham was helpful and informative at the initial purchase and at the site meeting. The delivery by Gareth and Chris was fantastic, manoeuvring it over a wall and into position with millimetre accuracy. Gareth’s introduction to operations and maintenance was really well presented and helpful. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make this a very enjoyable acquisition. The spa itself? Words fail me on how to describe how good it is. You just have to get one yourself to really understand, but make sure you get it from Hot Tubs Hampshire if you want to end up as happy as we are. “An excellent buying and installation experience from Graham and his helpful team at Pool Pro. We have been considering buying a hot tub for some time but had given up after many confusing sales pitches, but Graham made us feel much more confident in our choice explaining the logic in his advice and giving us time to consider our options. The installation team were outstanding working through poring rain to get our tub ready and now having used the tub a few times on winters nights we are delighted. Well Done and thank you Pool Pro.”

“The Easiest Purchase I Have Ever Made! Many thanks to the fantastic and thorough support from everyone at Hot Tubs Hampshire. Graham, Gareth and all of the team have been amazing from the first time I walked in the show room right through to delivery. And continue to support me at the drop of a hat. There was no pushy sales spiel or buy it now / today tactics, they even recommended that I look at other hot tubs from elsewhere before I made a decision which I did do. Having looked at multiple ranges of hot tubs across Hampshire and the world, I can honestly say that the Vita Range are jam packed with features, build quality, and enjoyment! They’re by far the best on the market for cost coupled with benefits and features. Gareth and his team were more than accommodating on the day of installation, punctual, helpful, tidy and thorough in showing me the operation and use of the spa. Also I must thank you and mention the free of charge few call outs you have attended since installation, even on the same day and on the weekends in some instances since installation to help me understand the water chemistry and correct the cleaning cycles. Many thanks for everything and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Hot Tubs Hampshire, by far the best addition to our garden which the entire family all enjoy it as do friends.
