“We have been dealing with the hot tub centre for about 25 years, each time we changed our hot tub to upgrade to a new model we always had great customer service and never let down on delivery, and our most recent purchase of the American whirlpool tub was exactly the same. It is a truly amazing hot tub and we are so delighted with it and would highly recommend it to anyone.”

“The staff at the hot tub centre were friendly professional from when we first called into their showroom. from when we ordered our tub until it was installed they kept in touch with us and we were kept up to date with what was happening. Their technical help with our builder was invaluable and where very easy to work with. It has worked perfectly since installed and would certainly recommend them if your thinking of getting one.”

“A great experience from start to finish. Conor was great in the showroom and wasn't pushy. Ian and Alastair installed the tub and explained all the functions. Jude was also very pleasant on the telephone. Highly recommended.”

“After having a drastic experience with a different company my partner and I were very cautious about where we could get a good quality hot tub. We came across the hot tub centre and have never been happier. The customer service is absolutely impeccable and I could not fault them. They done everything to makesure we were happy and the quality of the tub is top notch. Thank you so so much guys.”

“I recently got a service done on my hot tub and was very pleased with the results, they replaced any cracked seals, replaced broken parts and removed any flaking from the surface. The results were great, it feels like a brand new tub.”

“From the moment we stepped into the showroom to the lads delivering and installing it we had excellent service. The price was good and it looks classy being dark interior. It came with features you normally have to pay extra for. Delighted with it.”
