“Huge thank you to Simon and the team for organising our night! My wife and I recently attended the Take That concert at Manchester Arena and we couldn’t be happier with the treatment from start to finish! The VIP seats and entire experience was 5 star! Highly recommend and will book again.”

I felt comfortable with my booking from start to finish and I have to say a big thank you to Dane for answering all my questions and being so helpful. “Never book with this company - if you do, do so at your own risk!!!! After paying £300.00 a ticket to see Take That with their advertised VIP Experience I did not receive the tickets until 2 days prior to the event meaning I missed out on booking VIP restaurants/bar etc. Hospitality Centre told me via email they we affiliated to Manchester Arena and on complaining to the arena there was no affiliation and the arena had not even heard of this company. The arena said we had been conned and no one should ever book with companies such as these. The customer service is terrible, I was told by a member of their staff, privately, the Managers do not care about anyone they are only interested in getting your money and will ignore all complaints until you go away. You have been warned go direct you will pay 5 star prices for 1 star service!!! - I have never been treated so badly by a company”

“Purchased two tickets for Spurs v Ajax. Having told me that payment had been received and that my tickets would be dispatched I then received an email to say my order had been cancelled and that if I wanted the same tickets, the price had increased by almost 50%. Now the phone line just rings and rings and I'm getting more and more annoyed with this bunch of crooks. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask when he robbed people !!”

“My daughter and I attended the FA Cup Semifinal at Wembley. The Hospitality Centre booked our tickets on the Club Wembley level. The hospitality experience was so much fun and the seats were amazing. An unforgettable day for two long time soccer fans. I had such trepidation booking the tickets online, but Simon was very responsive to every question and the process was smooth and easy. I would definitely book through them again.”

“This was the first time that I had booked an hospitality event through a company such as Hospitality Centre. As such I was apprehensive that things would not work out as I wanted and/or I might be subject to a scam. Everything worked out fantastically, E tickets arrived in good time and the event itself was very memorable. Given my nervousness, I did communicate a few times during the process by email and text with the team and they replied very promptly which gave me the reassurance that I needed. I would certainly use Hospitality Centre again and recommend to friends and family.”

“It was a pleasure dealing with Rachael, very helpful and attentive. the event was brilliant quality service all round. one thing that I misunderstood was I had the impression that we would be on our own table it turned out we were on a table with other HC customers and not our own private table. this was not a problem just an observation. for future clarification would be nice. would book with HC again thank you”

“After a not too great booking with Martin I can safely say Lillie has just been superb and rescued the situation, her telephone manor was second to none and her instant efficiency in dealing with my outstanding booking was fantastic. “Our booking was handled smoothly, even allowing for the addition of guests with short notice. The hospitality was great; good service, with high quality food and drinks, and a great atmosphere all round. Our seats were also in a good position within Murrayfield. To top it all one of our guests also won a signed squad ball - great day out.”

“I bought tickets to the Degale vs Eubank Fight at the O2 Arena in February for my dads 70th birthday. The package was extremely comprehensive and great value for money if not better! Lilie was fantastic in assisting me the whole way through the booking and was always at the end of the phone to answer my questions. I would 100% book hospitality packages through Hospitality Centre again, especially as my dad said it was 'one of the best nights of his life'.”

“I didn't actually end up getting tickets through this service but I really wanted to bring to light how impressed I was with my interactions with the sales executive I communicated with. Ray was so kind and helpful, responded to all my queries swiftly and in detail, and just made the experience really pleasant. Although my partner ended up acquiring tickets through alternative avenues, it would be remiss of me to not highlight the work Ray did. The event I was hoping to attend was in very high demand and I was feeling pretty highly strung about it all, and I was kept informed and relaxed throughout. Even after I didn't end up purchasing, Ray was incredibly polite and friendly and is clearly a huge asset to the team. I will definitely be looking to use Hospitality Centre in future, I only wish I'd have known about it sooner! Thanks again.”
