“Our boiler randomly stopped working at around 6pm on Monday night, not ideal in March. Found Horndon online quickly, filled out their contact form and had a call back within 5 minutes. We had an appt booked for the next day, that morning I had a call asking if it was possible to come earlier due to some other jobs being impacted. Said of course - Morgan turned up promptly, checked the boiler & explained the underlying issue. He had a refurbed PCB in the van which he fitted and tested. All done and the heating back on in half an hour - I would definitely recommend and although hopefully we won’t need them again I know who to call if we do.”

“Had a new boiler fitted in Feb 2024. In this day and age, where so many people just don't care, I found a company that still do. Time line: Day 1, looked on-line at boiler installers, left my mobile number. Day 1, Had a text message from Morgan asking if I'd like to get a no obligation quote. Day 2, Morgan came and looked at my needs, we agreed a price and I gave him the go ahead. Day 10, Boiler fitted and working. Unbelievable - Tommy , who did the bulk of the work was amazing. He worked on his own for most of the day and apart from the occasional drilling noises, I didn't know he was here. He made no mess and caused no fuss. Morgan, who came in the afternoon to help out with connecting Gas and Electrical bits was equally skilled in his work, no mess, no fuss and nothing was too much trouble. I have had my faith in people restored, Horndon Services are as good as their word. What they said would happen, happened. Very professional and very nice people too. I will consider them for any future work, without hesitation.”

“We had a new water heater fitted in our business Morgan came and assessed the best way to complete the work required as we are not a straight forward job being a listed building. 10/10 highly recommended zero mess and very efficient”

“I have used horndon services for a number jobs over the years therefore I did not hesitate on having a new combi boiler unit installed by them when my old boiler system packed-up. Morgan and his co-worker Glen were fast, efficient and very tidy with the installation, well satisfied also with the cost of work ! Both of them are top class tradesmen, 5 stars all round !”

“My boiler broke down on Saturday and he fitted a new on Monday! What an outstanding service, I really cannot praise them enough. Very clean and neat installation and run me through all the boiler functions before he left. The price quoted was the price i paid and it was a very reasonable price.”
