“Good service for saving a trip to the records office, however the historical ownership is not shown, which is what I was really hoping to find. But I did get the year it was built, so that's good, along with the square footage. It's historical early 1900's so the info is helpful.”

“THE REPORT WAS GREAT, BUT THEY CHARGED $18.95, NOT THE $1 I AUTHORIZED. AND NOW THERE IS A PENDING TRANSACTION FOR AN ADDITIONAL $1. I HAVE DISPUTED THE $18.95.”

“The website is easy to navigate and work through, however, I would have thought there would be more information such as title, ownership history, etc. I was able to retrieve most of the information I needed for an insurance review.”

“Very quick report on the screen, but still waiting for a copy of the report in my email. Comprehensive information about property values, sales information. Number of bedrooms was incorrect. Shown as 3 when it is actually 5. Very little information about schools. Good home inspection checklist.”
