“I made a digital reservation om home to go.uk on februari 2, 2024. After recording my creditcard information I confirmed the booking. The screen went blank. No confirmation of my booking. At the same time nearly € 2000,- was taken from my creditcard account. Exactly the amount corresponding with the booking I tried to make. Since then I trie to get into contact with home to go. They report there is no booking and they need a booking number. I never got a booking number?
Who knows wat to do? Home to go is hiding behind a face book wall. They do not answer my questions. It feels I have been robbed!”
“De internetsite is goed maar je moet wel nauwkeurig lezen. De zoekfunctie is niet altijd goed. Weet je de specifieke locatie waar je natoe wilt, is die niet altijd te vinden met de zoekfunctie ook al is de locatie beschikbaar. Bellen is oke en zeer vriendelijk personeel!!”
