“It’s not often you can say that the service you receive feels as though it’s gone above and beyond the call of duty - but I can honestly say that during our sale process with Home, Nick has been nothing short of exceptional - and he has truly gone above and beyond. We had a rocky road the get to exchange and completion (based on our buyers poor solicitor) however - Nick always made sure we knew where we were, what was happening - and what he was going to do as next steps. Eternally grateful to you Nick - we got there. THANK YOU!! Highly, highly recommended!”

“Recently completed the sale of our property with Nick and his team at the Monton office. I really cannot praise them enough! Nick has gone beyond his normal role with this sale as it became a long and difficult journey, some of the obstacles we came across he was always there to help when we or the buyer had problems. His overall approach, advice and that ability to keep us feeling secure and positive about the whole experience really is 5 star service. I would absolutely recommend Home estate agents Monton if you are looking for someone that truly does care about their clients, works hard, communicates well and often, and always there if you need advice at that stressful time.”

“I recently Sold my house, with Home Estate Agents ,everyone there Stephen, Dawn .Tom & Sue were all Fantastic from Start to Finish . They arranged veiwings very quickly ,keeping me informed at all times , via phone or email.Nothing was too much trouble , house was Sold quickly .Thankyou all for everything , your all Amazing !”

“We recently sold and purchased our new home through Home estate agents in Urmston. The team worked so hard, and went above and beyond to get our house on the market in the time frame we wanted, as well as pushing the process forward on both sides of sale and purchase. They always kept us informed and worked really hard throughout. Special shout out to Dawn, Tom and Stephen - thanks again for everything! We're thrilled to be in our new home! “I viewed a lot of homes when looking to buy and the agent from Home stood out above all others as the most knowledgable and honest about conditions. From the moment that the offer was accepted Dawn the office manager was on the case and despite two very very challenging properties Dawn was an amazing contact with the solicitors and took so much pressure off me. I spoke to her so often that she became like my best friend at points. It is the people and professionalism that make this team stand out as by far the best estate agency I have worked with.”

“Throughout the process Home Estates have been in constant communication with us, without the advice and support of Dawn we would not have completed in the time we did, chasing up solicitors to mitigate pressure on us. They are not the ‘typical’ estate agents, they understand the pressures involved and show patience and understanding throughout. We cannot recommend them enough.”
