Very poor quality,wont be buying from you again,would have got better at second hand shop and much better price

The item has missing parts. We have contacted you and still not received the missing parts. Offered £35 refund for a cabinate which has come not fit for purpose and cost over £300. Would not shop here again.

Terrible!!! Item not received, customer service clearly not local and have no communication with warehouse to get delivery date. Will never use again no matter how good the product is

No delivery updates, waiting for a month for our furniture which cost us over £1000, really worried that this company is a scam. No delivery updates when calling, no replies to emails. Shocking service.

It is the most diasspointing experience on delivery. While you commit to deliver purchases within 5 to 10 days of ordering, my order has not arrived 30 days later. Ordered Dec 6, 2023 but January 5, 2024 no delivery yet.

Website advertised a 'solid wood' coffee table in white. I was sent essentially a piece of plywood that had been painted on one side only with a thin coat of white paint that was so thin I could still see the wood grain through the paint. The edges of this piece of wooden board weren't even sanded as an actual piece of furniture would have been so you could see it had merely been cut to size and was already leaving splinters everywhere upon unpacking. Absolutely atrocious- I was basically sent a couple of wooden blocks and a wooden board that would have cost 5£ at a hobby craft store and definitely not 30£. They have yet to respond or arrange a refund for this ridiculous product.

Never received the item. Wait at home for 5 hours during the delivery slot, never arrived. Asked for a refund and was told delivery would be rescheduled. Haven't heard anything, still waiting

I m trying to call them to return my order and no one answer , and they will reply to ur email after 2 or 3 days , but till now i can t return my order

Item Ad didn’t clearly describe the fittings and dimensions of the door, the door was supplied in panels that needed to be assembled together which was not mentioned in the description Wanted to cancel order within 24 hours after I placed it and before it was dispatched but was told I would still be charged with delivery fees Won’t be ordering from this company again

Very poor quality, very poor delivery times. Biggest issue is the quality. Its absolutely lowest quality furniture I've ever seen.

26 Oct 2023 Order #2000138572 Bulgaria wardrobe ETA 31/10/23-2/11/23 Seems no way of contacting xdp delivery company to arrange delivery on a particular day. Tracker is not interactive. 7/11/23 Delivered 7/11/23 notified Home Done of broken pieces with photos 16//11/23 Still no resolution about complaint of broken pieces just acknowledgement of complaint from After sales and query is now with the depot. Top, bottom, 2 sides and 1 door all split. Top&bottom both broken into 2 pieces

Ordered an 8 x 6 metal garden shed it arrived early and was left leaning on my front door, good job my wife didn't open the door as she would have had two very heavy parcels fall on her. The shed was not 8 x 6 and measured only 7ft 5" x 5ft 5", I complained regarding the size as it was not as advertised. To be honest i had 3 replies from Home Done and they did nothing to rectify the problem and didn't really seem to care they were advertising a product in my opinion wrongly. If i could give less than 1 star i would but will never use again. Very poor customer service.

I'm still awaiting my refund from an order your company couldn't facilitate. You expect people to take days off work during the week as you can't promise weekend deliveries. I won't be ordering anything with this company again and will advise others not to due to the lack of customer care.

I eagerly placed an order for a footstool I've been wanting ever since I purchased my sofa. This was the foot stool to match my sofa and I was surprised since the sofa was made by a different brand. However upon reading the review of the item itself, I thought it was legitimate and proceeded to buy the item. The first issue I encountered was that the estimated delivery was between 18th to 25th and I'd receive a call 24 hours prior to arrange collection. I was emailed later in the week to be informed they tried to deliver the item on the 17th and my phone was turned off. (I live in a village therefore poor signal) I received no voicemail, no missed call and the driver didn't attempt to ring the doorbell as I have a Ring doorbell. Fast forward to the new delivery taking place and the item arrives on the 24th. I eagerly unpackaged the top half and instantly noticed the material is completely different to the product I ordered, along with the shade and item in general, its not the same whatsoever. After going back and forth with Abdul, claiming that their QC depth advised they sent out the correct item, despite me spending photos of what I received and what I ordered, I am still being told bluntly that the item is correct (despite clear evidence). I have now had to open up a PayPal dispute case to obtain my money back because this company has advised it would be classed as a change of mind and want £69 to return the item. Do not order from here unless you want your item looking like you've ordered it from Wish. Disgraceful customer service and they only want your company and hope you don't put up a fight when they deliver the wrong item.
