The engineer serviced the boiler yesterday morning (Monday), the pilot light went out after he left and we could not relight it. The offered an appt for Wednesday morning (2 days later!). When I said this was not good enough they said they would try for today (Tues), but so far nothing! They are totally intransigent. We are without heating now, middle of February. I shall be cancelling the contract with them when this particular issue is sorted out.
