“The service was great from start to finish. We always found the team friendly and helpful and communication was excellent. The survey was received 2 working days after the surveyor, Matthew, visited the property, (August 2016). It was detailed but easy to understand with supporting information and helpful photos. The team did not fade away and disappear, they responded to queries promptly and Matthew made himself available to take our questions and queries afterwards. The after support was much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Home-approved. Many thanks Home-approved.”

“I found Home-Approved as I was searching for independent but knowledgable advice. I had concerns regarding work from a previous contractor and needed a second opinion. I was impressed with the entire service - from Matthew's initial advice and grasp of the problem, to the very efficient and quick turn around of the site visit and producing the report. Matthew uncovered various issues that I had not been aware of and did this in a professional and calm manner so it was not a situation of panic. He is knowledgeable, honest, reliable and highly recommended.”

“Extremely good service, both at the time of the visit and when I contacted the office by phone. Very courteous and polite. “Good communication with the office when making initial enquiries about the scope of the survey. Very prompt delivery of the report after the survey had taken place and Matthew was happy to take question over the phone afterwards. Very happy with the service to date.”

“HAB staff have been helpful, quick to answer and really nice to deal with. Report is serious, detailed and with a lot if pictures and comprehensive action points. Building survey was done in January 2016. I highly recommend this surveyor.”
