“We were negotiating with an unexpected buyer, and needed an appraisal done within one day. None of the other appraisers in town could do it, but these folks were willing to get the job done immediately (for a reasonable fee). The appraisal report was extremely thorough and well-documented, and I agree with the result. I would definitely use them again.”

“I needed two appraisals done simultaneously for my Mom's house - one showing current value, and a second showing the value a year earlier, on 1/23/13, which is when she passed away (for estate tax purposes). Home Appraisals, Inc. was very easy to work with, and responded quickly. The appraiser came right on time, was very professional, and was very thorough in assessing the house and property. I got the results of the two appraisals a few days later. I will definitely use Home Appraisals, Inc. again the next time I need quick and accurate appraisals.”

“Our appraiser arrived on time, was courteous about our home by removing his shoes while inside and was very meticulous about his inspection. He took all the information from bills of sale about our recent home updates into account when making his evaluation. Turn-around time for the finished appraisal was very reasonable. The valuation was well within what we thought was the market value of the house. Overall, we were very satisfied.”

“Home Appraisals, Inc. worked very fast and efficiently to get me the information on my home that I was seeking. They did a comparison report and gave me a price range in which I could sell my house. “A very good experience with the appraisal for a client. This was a pre-list appraisal and our appraiser was knowledgable and thorough. My client had an unrealistic price in mind and we needed to get a price that would sell and still put money in his pocket and the appraisal came in the area I thought it should be (with no indication from me to the appraiser). I would use their services again and highly recommend them.”

“I was able to set up an appointment very easily online. Joseph phoned to confirm the time the day before and arrived exactly on time the day of the appointment. He took measurements and photos and the resulting report was very thorough. I am very pleased with Home Appraisals and have already recommended him to my neighbors in the condo complex.”

“Needed two rental properties appraised for an estate in two different states. The company had one done real quick. The second one took a bit longer but they kept me well informed of where in the process my appraisals were. Any time in the future I need an appraisal I will use them. The price was competitive but they took the headache of checking on progress and actually finding someone out of the process. John C Clarksburg, MD”
