We zijn klant al bijna 11 jaar bij… We zijn klant al bijna 11 jaar bij Holland and Barrett, maar we hebben nog nooit zo'n vreselijke ervaring gehad! Mijn kinderen gebruiken deze "Royal Green visolietabletten al bijna 3 jaar! Sinds vorige week voelen ze zich niet lekker! De klachten zijn duizeligheid, misselijkheid, braken en maagobsessie! Toen ik in huis begon te onderzoeken om te zien wat deze symptomen zou kunnen hebben veroorzaakt! Ik vond verrot tabletten in het potje! Ik bezocht onze plaatselijke Hollande Barrate-winkel, informeerde hen en liet hen deze tablets zien! Ze zei dat we deze potje niet gaan vervangen omdat deze bijna op is! Hun houding en hun toon waren zeker niet klantvriendelijk! Ik wil mijn ervaring hier delen en zal een formele klacht blijven indienen

Awful delivery system and lies about orders. My last two orders did not arrived when I was told they would. I received the same message twice about orders being lost and they took 22 days to arrive (only after I contacted them) and not the stated 3-5days This is the same reply I received twice. "Upon checking, your order has been lost in transit between the warehouse and courier I sincerely apologise for that and that you were not aware."

They sent me vitamins with the security seal loose in the cap. Tub clearly states not to be used if security seal is not intact. Although the fault was not mine, but H&B’s, they would not give me a full refund and just kept referring me to a VAT receipt! Despite MANY, MANY emails and photos showing the confirmation email and how much I paid for the item, they were intransigent. I will NEVER buy from this company again. They have lost a loyal customer. I can only assume this company is in financial trouble.

Atrocious patronisation staff at Harrogate branch. I dont have a smart phone was told to go back home & re-read the e-mail. customer service (South Africa) for an hour, both times maliciously cut off, where no details had been taken, just wanted to get you off the phone. JOKE!!

When I visited Holland & Barrett, within The Oracle, in Reading on Monday 6/11/23, at 11.16 am. I was searching for a product that contained Coconut Oil, Rochelle immediately suggested the Foamie coconut and cacao soap bar, which was exactly what I wanted. Rochelle knew her stores products and this was so helpful to me. Marie : )

Holland Barrett in Rose Street Edimburgh,the worst experience i ever had within this company. Finlay and Kira the staff members had no skills to be front of house dealing with costumers. Instead they were chatting to each other .As i had forgotten my loyalty card Finlay told me arrogantly to go over the counter and write my email on the store computer screen????? Whats this?will.never return or recomend this store to anyone.

Do not buy CBD GUMMIES had adverse reaction and insomnia from a sleep aid remedy buyers beware the store assistant had zero intelegence or info on any of the products and promoted these were very popular product Very much disagree and will no longer after 10years use Holland and Barrett again no resolve from customer complaints and no refund Very bad customer care!

Service in some stores not the staff fault, as an ex employee the work load is horrendous. No support at all from out of store management. All staff feeling over worked, under paid and under valued. Tons of lone trading in all stores which is criminal. Cheaper on line for alot of products they sell. Returns we are told to avoid where possible. Customer service at head office a joke. TBH vitamins in Boots etc just as good.

Unhelpful, shockingly disappointing , customer service nonexistent! I need to find out how many grams of protein are in individual tablets of Amino 1000. So far it’s 5 weeks! I still don’t have the answer! Time wasted on phone calls…emails! Unbelievable!

I've been a long standing customer so quite disappointed in their refund process for a faulty product bought on-line recently. They are dragging this out unnecessarily by asking for more information and finally a photo of the item. If this is so vital they should have requested this in the first place and save my time and theirs, and avoid annoying their customers.

Charged me £5.50 for an online item which they failed to deliver, then refunded me only £2.75. No reply to my email to customer service (other than the automated acknowledgement). For £2.75, I can't be bothered to pursue any further, just thought I'd put in a review to blow off steam. Won't be using them again.

So went on like to look for a product and what store is available near me,the product in question stated available in a store 20 min drive from my house.So i drove all the way to the store to be told is a site error product not available but they can order it for next day delivery to another store nearer to my house.Payed for the product to drive the next day to the other store to be told my order not there and to wait for a confirmation email. Waited for 5 days then called costumer service to be told that my product not even in the depo and they are sorry and they will send it to my house soon as available,plus a 25 percent discount for the enconveinience. Week later called costumer service to be told my order has been cancelled,no email with a confirmation of this cancellation,so as far as I'm concerned I've been mislead ,payed for a product advertised as available to then not recive what I've payed for (false advertising,and theft)Costumer service said i now need to go back to the store for a refund and a 10 pound voucher for the enconveinience. 4 hours out my life now gone 30 pounds driving up and down the road .Financial ombudsman are willing to take my complaint and im also looking to get a solicitor,is not about the sum of money is the principle of these cooperation committing fraud and think they can get away with anything. If I went in store and took a product and told them ill send them a email with the date ill send them the money for it I would be in prison for theft .Wish me luck

Placed an order which got lost so missed Christmas. They re-ordered it for me and sent it out express. It also got lost. Spent a lot of time Chatting with their service dept who were unable to find either order. I'm sure they cant be this bad with all orders, but so many e-mail's with false promises forced me to get a refund. Awful experience.

People, remember that this is partially owned by Mikhail Friedman - sanctioned Russian oligarch, a friend of Putin. That's why he was allowed at the beginning of 1990s to amass enormous looted money from Russia, invest it on the West, and sell you supplements.

Still no sign of part of my order (9005200631) -no communication from Holland and Barrett either. I ordered via the ie site for delivery to France. Clearly, this should not be a service H&B offer as they have been unable to deliver my order. Part of it arrived, all of the contents were crushed to pieces, so instead of rice cake crisps I have received a selection of fine powders in a bag, covered in the moisturiser they were unable to correctly transport too. Sadly around 80% of my order never arrived. I ordered on the 24th of October, still no sign of it, no communication from Holland and Barrett despite raising numerous support tickets and my account says it is pending, DHL say it is returned to sender. The whole thing is a mess and I am nearly 200 euro out of pocket and a month later. Avoid ordering online from these guys.

placed an order and Holland and Barrett on line and they are sending it to the wrong address. I have rung the customer service number and they will not cancel my order so I emailed to cancel my order and asked them to please confirm that this order is cancelled and my money is reimbursed. The email from them says that they are getting ready to dispatch the order. I had to ring customer service twice the first time I got cut off? the second time I was told they cant cancel my order?

I question the quality of the vitamins. A nutrition and wellness shop owner once told me that UK vitamins are not always the strength stated. H&B is now a chain operation so... I used their liquid D for a while and began having what appeared to be D deficiency symptoms. Then I used a high quality brand of D and immediately felt better. Coincidence, not sure.

One day order online us a joke.4days after my order I bought the item cheaper from TK Maxx. On chat,I was told stock refreshes every ten days,didn't I realise! I will not be here to get it then,so I have been promised a refund.Hopefully!
