My order arrived and happy to get my Chanel lipgloss which has been discontinued by Chanel. I will be happy to use Hogies again for my future needs.

I was pleased when I found the cream I wanted at Hogies and paid extra to have it delivered the next day as I was away after that. Hogies sent it out to DPD unfortunately DPD could not get the parcel to me on the specified day so I had to have it delivered to the local post office. I paid extra to have a next day delivery and I did not actually receive my parcel until I came back from my holidays. I think Hogies held up their end of the deal but DPD did not. I did contact Hogies but did not receive a reply therefore I am only giving the a 4.

Excellent communication, arrived promptly and very good price. I was disappointed to also receive in the parcel a pack of two small chocolates. Totally unnecessary and not good for the planet in many ways. I would definitely use this company again but please, no extras in the parcel!!

Delivery was fast and products were in good condition. My queries were answered promptly but I would recommend that we receive an acknowledgment of the order immediately and be kept informed of the progress.

The buying purchase was easy - an ICE watch. And Hogies were so super efficient. Arrived really fast - unfortunately the watch wasn't working when arrived - had dud battery had to be replaced so ended up not being the bargain I thought - but Hogies would not have known that.

Great service from Hogies. The product had a generous discount and arrived on time. Unfortunately, the product is being sold as a "facial cleanser" whereas it is actually a "facial toner". An explanation of this on the website would ensure customers are not, as I was, misled into buying something they don't really want.

Really quick turnaround of delivery which I was really imptessed by. Would of been 5 stars but I became slightly worried over what I had seen and ordered (toner) and the product listed as face cleanser, which appeared on my online billing and shipping invoice. Overjoyed it was the toner but maybe should look at updating what is being adverised. Thanking you kindly for the chocolates too. Really great and appreciative thought. :) x

Not bad, but requires certain improvements further. For example, the website would not process my payments of x2 perfume orders. I did not understand why, as there was no policy viable directly to indicate no more than one same perfume can be purchased. After several attempts, I understand that perhaps I can only order one, instead of two of the same perfume. However, I wanted 2 of the same perfume, because one was for myself, the other was supposed to be a gift that I could not buy together.
