“I am a physiotherapist so have been recommending the hippychick to my patients for several years now, but this is the first time I have bought one. It is a Xmas gift for my neice who has just had a baby, so I am unable to comment other than to say it arrived very promptly in good order and looks to be in good condition so far. Thank you”

“It’s a fantastic product but unfortunately, just as with the original item I first bought, the replacement tubes ( one of them ..) burst or it arrived like that, after the first use..so now I’ll have to buy for the third time new tubes ..the bedsheet and idea behind it though are great, I think it just need better quality tubes..”

“This would have been a ' very good ', had I not had to call and establish the whereabouts of my purchase. Full marks for the courteous, apologetic and efficient customer service person who checked immediately and ascertained that it had not been despatched due to a computer issue. He at once offered next day delivery and my purchase arrived as promised. I understand that tech issues can and do happen, but perhaps it would make sense to alert customers to any anticipated delays because of this. That said, the hip seat is a first class product and I am delighted with it.”

“The item arrived promptly so am very happy with the service provided by hippychick, I would have given hippychick a very good rating but the Tote Bag advertised in the specification was not supplied with the item as it was out of stock, hopefully this will be sent to me when in comes back in stock.”

“The Mattress Protector is super soft and cool to sleep on and comfortable, the only downside is it is tight on fitting it on the bed, managed it in the end, 3 cmc more on the size would be better. Overall very happy with this well made quality product.”

“Love the size etc but gave my boy pasta pesto and it looked like the green stained the white on the 1st go. I soaked in vanish then machine washed straight away. There's still a faint tinge of green on it which is disappointing. Guess ita just bot suutable for any coloured foods.”
