“Happy with the product (travel pillow) which i bought following a piece in the sunday times. The article mentioned it came in different colours but only blue seemed to be available on website.”

“Excellent product. Arrived quickly and is exactly as described. Not yet put to the test. Only issue was with the delivery company Yodel did not leave in a safe place just left in plan sight on in front of front door. Not very safe.”

“Easy to navigate website, with some great brands. It would be nicer to see a wider choice of the same product eg various brands for the same product rather than just an eclectic mix of baby products.”

“Good customer service, reply quickly to queries. I did, however, have one bad experience. I had asked for my first order last November to be delivered after a particular date as there was nobody home before then. Hippychicks agreed to hold the order until then. Unfortunately, it was sent almost straight away, arrived several days too early and my daughter found a large parcel with a Trybike on her doorstep when she returned late in the evening. The delivery company Yodel had left it outside the front door in full view from the road, easy for anyone to take.”

“Looks great but struggling to assemble as no English instructions... Also one of the bolts on the trike conversion axle is jammed and cannot complete assembly. Awaiting sons return from work offshore to see if he can do. Otherwise may need to return. Which would be a shame as granddaughter will love it!”
