“I have been meaning to email about the product, as received two and both keep going down within seconds. I brought one before and lasted for a year until started going down and both of these are not staying up through the night.”

Hi Sara, We are so sorry to hear your item hasn't been delivered. I can see you ordered on Boxing Day where we were closed and didn't reopen until 30th December. Your parcel is also being delivered to the US meaning it takes longer than normal from here in the UK. Good Morning Rajkiran, I'm so sorry to hear you've been waiting a while for your order. I've looked into it and can see you ordered on the 29th. Your order was dispatched on Wednesday 4th and delivery was attempted on Saturday 7th. “I bought this sheet as I sweat at night (due to medication) and I am terrified this will ruin my new mattress. I chose this sheet because it claims to be waterproof and breathable (to keep my temperature down). Unfortunately, after one nights' use, I removed the sheet to find that my mattress was wet with smelly sweat. The sheet claims to withstand "accidents" that might occur if your young child is sleeping with you and I definitely sweat a smaller volume than that, so I'm really gutted this sheet didn't work ......back to the drawing board I guess and I'm 45 pounds down as well.......”

“The lightcup we bought has failed to work from day 1, it just doesn't make the connection, and my daughter just uses it as an expensive water cup. Great idea, but not a quality product Very disappointed.”

“Not even been delivered,rang them said royal mail tryed to deliver we refused it as if, money will be back in bank we have to order again at a dearer price I AM ONE UNHIPPY CHICK”

Dear Darren So sorry there has been a misunderstanding, the parcel was returned to us by Royal Mail marked as 'refused by customer' and therefore was refunded. As we wanted to explain on the telephone, we will of course supply the item at the same price if you would like to order again via the website. With best regards Hippychick
