“I ordered a citizen watch as a gift for my mother. The order was placed and sent smoothly. It was received within a week due to the current royal mail strikes. This is the first time I am buying from this shop and I will do it again based on my current experience.”

“Using the website was easy to use. Purchasing the item was simple and the correspondence regarding the purchase was clear. Delivery was speedy. The watch purchased looks just like the picture. As the watch is a gift I can not say how well it works. Very happy with the service so far.”

“Just came across their website whilst searching for a particular watch. Found that they had it at a good price and then saw that they had an additional Christmas discount as well. Bargain! Placed order and watch duly received via tracked Royal Mail delivery (delivery costs included in sale price). Surprised that a smaller retailer could offer the best value. Very happy with purchase.”
