“Lewis, and staff , and his dad, went above and beyond with my purchase, I had ordered a personalised pendant , with a picture of my mum and dad on, it was for my birthday, and because of strikes I wasn’t guaranteed to get it, so Lewis and his dad drove to Glasgow to pick it up and deliver it to my door, I can not say how grateful I was, there were other customers too, who they did the same for, fantastic customer service, as always, been a customer with them for many years, and will be for many more.. THANK YOU 😊”

“I dealt with Lewis from start to finish and I have to say the service from him was excellent both in his manner and professional advice. I had asked for 2 people from different photos to be put on a gold heart pendent these pic were old and one in particular was faded this he did for me and when I got it I could not believe how good it was This was a Christmas present for my Mother and I have to say she was over the moon with it, the quality and service was second to none and I will not hesitate both to use them again and recommend to friends family and the wider public”
