“I came across Hilliers online whilst trying to find a certain type of watch as a gift for my Husband's birthday. The price of the watch was extremely competitive being approx £50 cheaper than the nearest competitor. I emailed Hilliers with a query and Lewis was extremely quick in responding to my enquiry. I ordered the watch and it arrived very well packaged and very promptly. I was given updates via email of the packages expected delivery date etc. I am extremely impressed with the service from Hilliers and although they are not local to me, I will use them again in the future and will recommend to friends etc.”

“I hadn’t heard of Hilliard Jewellers before finding them online, but after a quick look around they couldn’t be matched on price for the watch I was looking for. Customer support was quick, despite being in a busy period late December. Item was despatched quickly and arrived in the minimum estimated time. Would come here again. C”

“I recently ordered a personalised pendant from this company as a Christmas present, they offered amazing customer service and came and personally delivered the pendant to my house due to the recent postal strikes to ensure it came in time. I can’t thank them enough for the level of customer service they offered and would definitely purchase from them again as the pendant was also amazing quality. Thanks again Hillier’s Jewellers!”

“Lewis, and staff , and his dad, went above and beyond with my purchase, I had ordered a personalised pendant , with a picture of my mum and dad on, it was for my birthday, and because of strikes I wasn’t guaranteed to get it, so Lewis and his dad drove to Glasgow to pick it up and deliver it to my door, I can not say how grateful I was, there were other customers too, who they did the same for, fantastic customer service, as always, been a customer with them for many years, and will be for many more.. THANK YOU 😊”
