“I ordered some hiking pants last year. The pants was never delivered. On the tracking information I can see that the pants were returned to China. I have written about 20 emails, asked for an update or a refund and have yet to receive a reply, I am just flatly ignored. An absolute disaster company, stay away”
“After a couple of purchases from this company, I was fairly satisfied, albeit the goods took over a month to arrive. When you order, you get an email stating " Hi xxxx, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent and provide your tracking information. Please allow 1-3 days to receive this. " You think you'll get your purchase within 1 - 3 days but no. You'll receive your tracking information within this time. The order will come in some weeks. Mine have always come via "China EMS (ePacket)" which obviously come by sea.
However, my last order never arrived. After a few emails and 3 months after my order, I asked for my money back. I was told they’d get in touch with their supplier and get back to me. After 4 months and another request for my money back, I was told my order was ‘at the Post Office’ and given a telephone number to call. It does not exist. My next request for my money back was met with the response that my item had been delivered and there would be no refund. This despite there being no tracking. Making me out to be a fraudster.
This company appears just a conduit to take orders and send them to China, where they may or not be delivered. Avoid at all costs.”
“Bought some weatherproof walking trousers from this company & regretted it! Guaranteed refund they said - what a joke! What they didn't say is that it NOT a UK company & any goods have to be returned to Canada. The company "name" is very misleading in my view. Going to have to go to Small Claims Court to get my refund. My advice: stay away!”
