I sent a damage seren toaster back by Hermes courier which was picked up on Monday 7th January 2019 I am still waiting for a new one to come but nothing has still not arrived yet I have made about six calls to customer services to find out what is happening but to no avail they just keep you waiting on the line all the time saying they are receiving a high volume of calls at the moment which is a load of rubbish as I have tried to contact customer services at different times throughout the day and I am not going to keep phoning up being kept on the line for ages no customer services is that busy and it is costing me money on my phone numberm
