“We recently changed to Microsft 360 , and this lead to a few issues with memory on my laptop which essentially halted my work. HA support were quick to answer and to help , and all issues were resolved quickly and professionally so i could get back to the day Job.”

“We have been working with HA Hosting for many years. As with many businesses, we have relationships with a number of different suppliers, however the relationship with have with HA Hosting is second to none. They provide us with honest advice and recommendations when looking for fresh solutions. On the very rare occasions we have had any issues the support is 1st class with quick responses, we get 1st time fixes and recommendations on how to prevent the same issue recurring. Overall a top service and team! Thank you!”

“HA Hosting has provided me with virtual servers for many years. As with any provider, occasional issues arise and it's the way that companies deal with them that sets them apart. HA has always been very responsive when dealing with any queries that I have. If you're looking for a company where you speak to real people that care about your issue, consider working with HA. On the other hand, if you're happy with a faceless organisation that makes it very difficult to get straight answers to simple questions, look elsewhere. If you're in the market for any hosting services that HA provides, I'd recommend that you speak to them.”

“I have been using HA Hosting for just over a year now to host my business emails, as a busy yoga instructor I needed a reliable email platform and HA Hosting have delivered! I have forgotten my password once and the support we very helpful in getting me back online. I would highly recommend HA Hosting in the future.”

“HA hosting has been great for our company, We are an MSP based in the east midlands that required storage for our client's Veeam backups securely off-site. They have always been friendly and quick to assist when we have any issues. We are really happy with the service provided that we are now looking at migrating other cloud services over to them.”

“We have used HA Hosting since early 2018, now over 4 years, for colocation for our 1U server. We must be their smallest client. Only need to visit every 2 years to replace the hard disk with a new OS, which is fine even though we're in Surrey and they're in Sheffield. Otherwise, no problems but I wouldn't expect any with colocation. Previously, we were in Paris but felt the need to return after Brexit. Happy with them and cannot see any reason to move.”

“I've used HAH for seven years, as a colocation server client. I have two Hewlett Packard servers with them, provided by my business, so I use them primarily for hosting, as compared to shared services. Up until around 6 months ago I would say very close to 100 percent up-time. They had a few infrastructure issues, which they were very honest about, due to failed equipment which they have since invested in and replaced, and no issues since. I have dealt with other data centres previously, in and around London. I opted for a business more local, I'm based in Chesterfield. IT support staff are easily accessible within office hours, and are super friendly and really try to help you. Out of hours incurs a reasonable fee, which is completely understandable. Would totally recommend them.”

“As a company we have being working with HA for just over a year now and since day one we have been extremely happy with their services provided and professionalism whenever we’ve had a query or required support. We wanted to work with a data centre that had a local presence to ourselves which we can easily visit if required. The team share the same message as ourselves in which they are small enough to care, big enough to deliver and its great working with a provider that always put the customer first and share a similar ethos to ourselves! I would have no hesitations in recommending HA for any connectivity, colocation or hosting services as the up-time and reliability of their services is second to none and far superior to many of the larger data centre providers I have worked with previously.”

“We have worked with HA now since they started building their first datacentre having previously placed our requirements with much larger companies - we wanted a presence more local to ourselves, but we now enjoy people who give us personal service with technical troubleshooting expertise when required and guys who clearly enjoy their work. When we started with HA we saw it as being a risk - let me say its not a risk at all - we've been very pleased indeed with the decision to move to them.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with HA Hosting for a number of years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. We moved our hosting to HA after regularly encountering issues with email under our previous provider. HA worked with us to ensure the transition was seemless and the service they have provided has never let us down. I think it's also worth saying a word about the support they provide too. They have always quickly resolved any queries we have had, no matter how trivial! Nothing is ever too much trouble, they are easy to work with and the services they deliver are second-to-none.”
