“The customer service at Hideaway Beds is excellent and the pull down bed with desk is exactly what we required and my son loves it. However, it was not easy to assemble, especially in the smallest room in the house. The instructions were not easy to follow and the assembly requires two people.”

“Initially bought a vertical hideaway bed for my loft which didn't fit - not enough head height in the loft. Hideway beds suggested an horizontal bed and the vertical was collected and replaced with the horizontal which fits great in my loft. Thank you Hideaway Beds.”
