“We called HH and received a competitive quote for a power flush. We had no hot water and no heat from the radiators. Our boiler is old and had many complaints. Matt worked tirelessly trying to overcome each obstacle in order to get our system functioning. He was very informative and clear about each problem and his solution. He left with the system working with hot water and hot radiators. We also had more water pressure in the hot tap after the power flush. We also received some very good advice on what we needed to do in future to keep our combi boiler going. I highly recommend HH and am very pleased with the professional positive attitude and the dogged determination to fix our boiler. Thank you. Kalash”

“Excellent in every way: speedy service, friendly engineer and above all - total competence, very secure knowledge and application. They made every attempt to help and found clever solutions to our issues. Communication was clear, quick and effective. Never have we experienced such good service, information and outcomes from a heating engineer especially given that he was just here to do a power flush. He did not want to leave our house until he had tried to work out why our heating wasn't working and how he could fix it. So polite and professional! Outstanding.”

“From receiving a quick response to my quote request and follow up call where Matt explained what he would do and discussed my other requirements i am extremely pleased that the flush resolved my issues and also I have a new pump to help with the circulation up to the top rooms. This was my third plumbing experience to resolve the issue and would definitely recommend Hopkins Heating for the excellent service, punctuality and the price was very competitive. I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs”

“What can I say.......Matthew, a personable young man, carried out the job faultlessly and having discovered a useless pump and leaking radiator proceeded to replace them both leaving me with a perfect and functional heating system. “Matthew has transformed my central heating system which has micro bore pipes to all radiators. One large radiator which had completely stopped working some years ago is now as hot as all the other radiators. I now have an even heat right through the house and it is not only more effective it is much quieter too. The boiler seems to be on a lot less. I would unreservedly recommend anyone considering having the central heating power flushed to go to HH Power Flush. Matthew was efficient, polite, made no mess and did not try to sell me anything I did not need.”

“Required a PowerFlush due to downstairs radiators not working. From the moment I called Matthew at HH Heating I received a very professional service. On the day of the work Matthew turned up at the scheduled time spending eight hours flushing the system, explaining the procedure and fitting a magnetic valve ( he even repaired my outside tap). Thanks to Matthew I am now sitting as warm as toast. To anyone considering having a PowerFlush I would strongly recommend giving HH Heating a call.”

“Matthew was helpful, honest and hard working. The job was done very thoroughly and the result was amazing. We had scale and sludge in the boiler causing a very loud noise. BG were sure nothing could be done other than replace the heat exchange. Thanks to Matthew's advice we opted for a power flush this has done the trick saving us a vast amount of money. We are very pleased and we are already recommending him to our friends.”
