I have to be honest, I’ve seen some sketchy reviews and it made me hesitant to buy from them, but my experience was extremely positive and I’m not sure where they’re coming from. I am happy to say that my product was authentic, packaged well, shipping efficiently, and I had no issues whatsoever :-)

Horrible costumer service. They dont reply the enquiries. The go completely silent when you return goods to them. No confirmation that they've received it back. No money back.

I bought an item at Hervia through Farfetch that did not suit me. I returned the item following all the instructions to have Hervia refusing to accept the return as it had a "make-up" stain (they claim) - as far as I am aware this could have happened in their hands as I don't wear make-up. In years and year of online shopping I have never experience an online shopping experience like this. I would like to ask the Hervia what would they do if a customer, trying a shirt in their shop, left a make-up stain? Would they force them to buy it before they walked out? I would also recommend you to read other reviews, as it seems to be a pattern with this store.

Dishonourble shop with no cash refund outside of the U.K. Shop elsewhere. No free shipping on returns. Return was lost after being delivered. Multiple emails to find that only an in sore refund credit is available for 6 months. Shop a more reliable service elsewhere.

I’ve purchase twice from their online website and I am very satisfied and happy with my purchase. They shipped my item very fast I received it in 2 business days which is amazing since it is coming from the UK and I live in the United States. I do not know where all these bad reviews are coming from because this store is very professional and never gave me any issue. They give amazing deals on designer items... I will definitely be shopping a lot more with HERVIA. You have a customer for life. Thank you☺️

Great customer service. I received an item that ended up having a hole in it. Fixable, but obviously when you pay hundreds of dollars, one doesn't expect that in a garment. Customer service was able to reach an agreement with me which results in me being a future customer. Shipping was great and would buy from again.

Horrible, unfriendly customer-service and they still refuse to admit that THEY did a mistake. Needed several emails to get my account at least deleted as I won't order there anymore, I'm so sick of stores like HERVIA selling exlusive and expensive fashion and treating customers like ....

I haven't heard of Hervia before but decided to give the company a try after reading many positive reviews on this site. I wasn't disappointed. I managed to get a skirt I wanted for a fraction of the price (further discount to sale items). After placing my order, the product seemed to be sold out so I was a bit worried the skirt was just a return and wouldn't be in perfect condition. Fortunately, it is in excellent condition and I'm pleased that I got the last one in stock. Wouldn't mind using this website again. Thank you, Hervia!

Rude staff! Tried to visit the store today and it was closed for private shopping (ridiculous and pretentious concept, especially on a weekend!). Walked up to the shop front and tried to walk in without knowing a private shopping expedition was taking place (why would I?!) and noticed a small notice in small writing saying such. In the meantime, I’ve caught the attention of the male shop assistant inside who skips over to the door to use a hand gesture shooing me away and points at the notice I’m already reading. What an awful experience and very rude. I live in Manchester City centre and didn’t think it was feesable to pay the non optional £7.95 delivery fee for something to be sent less then 2 minutes walk away from the store. For a high street store that should appreciate foot customers who make the time to visit, I am very disappointed by this encounter and shall take my business elsewhere.

I did purchase a item from Hervia for brother’s birthday a week after New Year’s Day. They have delivered a totally different item with my order during this Xmas and New year period. Checked their policies said no cash refund for customer outside UK and Europe , return postage is not covered by Hervia. Why they need customer to pay postage for their mistake in the first place? Policy does not specify any procedure they would take for wrong item delivery. Does it mean they would operate every purchase transaction always right for customer. Very bad and annoying experience.

BE AWARE USA BUYERS!!! i ordered $1,232 cdg hoodies nd tee shirts package came in a small box and i had to pay extra $319 TO DHL mind you when i had already paid shipping cost on the site, DHL didnt even attempt to deliver the package, i was going to cancel the order and get a refund but me being a cdg freak i took the lost and paid the $319. never again i rather buy from Barneys so i wont have to pay no extra crazy shipping cost. never again

Purchased two same item in separate order(which because the bad web system) Asking to cancel one of them or exchange before shipped. After all the email i sent,only got one reply and cancel them both. Then in the second day the price goes up

Rang up about a specific shoe that was releasing and was told it was first come first serve. When it came to the date I get there and the guy on the phone left out the fact that I had to be a loyalty member and that they were actually only selling online in the first place. Made a trip all that way for nothing due to staff incompetence. Maybe in the future you should think about getting across a message about releases much clearer and not waste people's time. Another thing was I felt very uncomfortable on arrival despite the fact I was not pleased and still decided to look into other available items. Just not good for the prices you put out.
