“At the till I wanted to pay with my card the card reader was faulty and had my card stopped luckily I my partner with me who paid otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get my shopping only to be told by the cashier that they have had problems before so why wasn't it fixed”

“I visited your grangetown branch on Monday 8th may at approximately 6pm as I walked in the door there was music playing so loud I couldn’t hear myself think as I got further round the shop there was a male member of staff dancing around and singing with a mop on his head and a female member of staff with glasses on recording him on what looked to be her mobile phone I found this behaviour very odd and very unprofessional customer service skills where zero no care or attention for the customers shopping in the store there only concern was laughing and joking about I only visited this store as I was visiting family and was in the area I have shopped in many heron stores and never have I ever encountered a shopping experience like this I left the store disgusted I certainly will not be returning not a very good respresentation for your company”
“Brought a pack of Richmond thin sausage but when I got home to use them they wasn’t sealed properly they were sealed on the sausages so had to throw them away , went back to the shop the next day to tell them I got an apology but had to re buy my sausage thought I would of at least got a free pack”
