“Today my wife and I had a new boiler fitted by Bryan working for Heatable. It was our first time using such a service and from start to finish we couldn't recommend it enough. Their website is easy to use and requires no personal details to be entered before you are given a quote. There is no sales team involved trying to upsell and the price you are quoted online is the price you pay. We paid in full but there are options to pay a deposit and pay the rest monthly at a sensible rate of interest. We couldn't recommend the gas engineer Bryan more highly, his work was first class, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, he tidied up/simplified the whole set up surrounding our new boiler which was above and beyond what was expected. Bryan also worked tidy and after five or so hours the only way you knew he was even here was a quiet, efficient boiler and a nice warm home. He explained how to use the new system and you could tell he took great pride in his work. Anyone in two minds about Heatable or their engineers need have no fears, they deliver a first class service with no pressure or stress.”

“Great service from start to finish. I was messed about by British Gas for 4 weeks. Recommended to Heatable by my next door neighbour, ordered on Tuesday and installed today (Thursday). Gabby in the office was so helpful and the installers Mike and James worked flat out for 7 hours installing the new Worcester combi 4000. I now have heating and hot water. I'd recommend Heatable to everyone who needs a new boiler.”

“Very poor service. Asking me to get another plumber to fix a problem with the boiler they just installed! Plumber said the valve for downstairs was broken and he couldn't change it. Well, if you break it then you fix it! It was working previously. They try to hide reviews and give broken links for ratings. Beware!”

“Unfortunately a poor company to deal with and one I regret making a purchase from. The install went as planned and boiler was working well until I noticed a knocking sound coming from the boiler. The manufacturer came out to repair the boiler under warranty and reported the electrical installation had been bodged as you can see from the pictures. So Heatable sent around another engineer to rectify the bodged install, this is when the nightmare started. The engineer who came to rectify the install was really poor. I arranged over the phone with him to come in the morning, 2 in the afternoon I called to see where he was and Heatable called back to say he would be another hour. 3 o'clock he called me to say he would take another hour. So a whole day wasted waiting for him. The engineer then spent two hours doing, I'm not sure what. He shouted upstairs for me to turn on the thermostat which I did and the electric tripped out in the whole house. He then spent another hour doing, I'm not sure what, then asked me to turn the thermostat on again and the heating came on so he left. Later I tried to turn the heating off and realised I wasnt able to and the thermostat was unable to control the heating/boiler. So over the next few days Heatable sent more engineers around to see what the issue was. It wasn't an issue with the boiler so passed me on to Nest. During my calls with Heatable they insisted even though I hadn't purchased the Nest Thermostat through Heatable, if one of their engineers had broken it they would replace it. Nest where unable to fix the Thermostat and couldnt replace it as the warranty had expired and as you might guess when push came to shove, Heatable washed their hamds of it and told me their was nothing they can do and it wasn't their engineer who had broken it. I just can not belive that it is a coincidence the Thermostat stopped working at the exact same time their engineer wired it up incorreclty and the electric tripped out in the house. Anyway even more infurating I have now purchased a brand new Nest Thermostat and paid someone to come and install it. They have just opened up the case and shown me inside and the only change to the bodged install they have made is to change the brand of wago connector. The original wiring on the £2.5k boiler has been hacked up beyond belief. Please take a look at the manufactorers report and these pictures and DO NOT purchase a boiler from Heatable”

“Worst nightmare. Installation took only 3 hours and the result was 1. They removed an old pipe and "forgot" to seal it. It took 3 visits for them to fix it ( they should have replaced the pipe but they only applied some silicone). Downstairs neighbour property damaged twice. 2. One month later we noticed a gas leak, they repaired it after saying 'it was only a small one'. Thanks God 3. They removed all the wall plaster when removing the old boiler (answer after complaining - check our policy) 4. They broke the back of all my kitchen cabinets ( to set tup the condensate pipe 5. Over a year later, we found that this condensate pipe is leaking, still investigating the damaged.”

“Great! I was sceptical at ordering online for one of my rental properties, but having done my research I knew what boiler I needed. I chose the required boiler, set up a payment plan, chose the day of installation and that was it. Got an email confirmation for time and date of installation, the local gas safe engineer requested a few pics of my old boiler which we uploaded and that was it. On the day of install got given an eta for time, turned up on time and within 4 hours had a new Worcester 4000 30kw fitted with minimal fuss and clean work in replacing flues and brickwork. No sales calls unlike boxt, Great customer service answering any queries I had easy simple website to use. What more can you ask for, I can only recommend the ease of purchase via heatable. They also price matched a like for like quote from BOXT as heatable have better 0% finance options. 5/5 for me. I’d be mindful of the negative reviews as they are subjective and conditional on the engineer that attends which is unfortunate as heatable do outsource their work. The 12 month works man ship warranty also puts you at ease, and the engineer said any issues give me a call and I’ll come out to resolve.happy days! “Poor quality product installed after a directors recommendation. Shoddy workmanship. Installed the oil Filter the wrong way round. Damaged plastering in my hallway. Left electrics that are dangerous. Boiler leaked after install. Heating controls didn’t work. After the first year Service the engineer stated that the flue was not connected properly and was dangerous. Not interested that the boiler breaks down every year and have basically told me it’s now my problem with the manufacturer.”

“Found this website online after being let down by our trusty old boiler. We had quotes to repair it of about £500 which compared to a new one at just over £2000 felt cheap however, the old was wasn't very efficient and with the recent gas price increases we decided to take the plunge on a new one. The website is easy to use and the prices are reasonable. We ordered on Monday and it was installed and working by Tuesday which is hard to believe as we'd waited 4 weeks to have someone out to the old one about repairing it.”

“A relief that a service like this finally exists and they deliver what was promised. I’ve had many properties over 40 years being both the occupant and the landlord and sourcing a new boilers installation has always been a complete nightmare.
