“Like others have stated I too was apprehensive about buying a boiler online. I read other reviews and even contacted Heatable with a couple of queries these were answered promptly and professionally. I went ahead and competed the online ordering process which was a very easy process my order was placed on Friday evening and my new boiler was expertly fitted by Dale & Tom the following Monday. A special tanks need to go to Dale & Tom who worked professionally, efficiently and were very friendly. It is coming up 6 weeks since installation and the boiler is excellent I honestly cannot fault Heatable in any way 10/10. What I will say is you get a quality boiler expertly installed at an extremely competitive price from a company that provide excellent customer service.”

“I was very apprehensive about buying a boiler online but after reading several reviews and doing my research I decided to go ahead. I found the whole process extremely straightforward from placing my order to uploading photos of my current boiler (and I am a technophobe!). Once the online order was placed I received a phone call from Heatable thanking me for my order and asking if I had any questions, which I didn't as everything was self explanatory online. The day before installation I received an email with the installers photo and details on, on the morning of install I received a call from the installer advising of time of arrival. There were two engineers (Kit and Simon) who were extremely polite, professional and who clearly took a lot of pride in their work. They worked hard all day and left my kitchen cleaner then how they found it! Before leaving I was fully briefed on the workings of the boiler and wifi controls and how Heatable would be in touch with warranty etc. I also received a follow up call the next day from Heatable asking if I was satisfied with the work? All in all a very positive experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend to anyone. Full credit to all involved, a superb business model that other organisations could do well to follow. Thank you Heatable.”

So simple, response superb, day confirmed, requested price for supplying & fitting scale remover, no problem, no extra cost. Engineer confirmed fitting evening before. Parts arrived ready for fitting. Alan arrived, fitted, explained all, left everything clean. All paperwork followed within a few days. Excellent job by everyone. Thank you all. “What an amazing company! We had a disaster with our boiler breaking on us (no hot water or heating) with no savings to replace it. It was 12C in the flat and we were so stuck. We looked around and everywhere was just so expensive. To make the situation financially worse our boiler would need to be moved adding more to the expense. Then we found heatable and they saved the day! Heatable were so supportive from the get go with their easy to use website, quick response and friendly customer service. Ben Mars was the technical support for our case and was very responsive to emails and helped so much. They even penciled in our fitting date before our finance was approved to make sure we could get our boiler ASAP. They also waived the boiler moving fee because they knew how stuck we were. Our boiler broke on the Tuesday night and they sent someone to come fit it called John on the Friday who did an incredible job and was polite, friendly, reliable and tidy. If it wasn’t for them we would be very stuck over the winter and could not recommend them enough. Especially for us as this is our first property and we had no idea how boilers work, heatable were there for us. Such a special company and thank you Ben Mars and John!”

As it said on the tin, boiler was delivered, Bryan the engineer turned up and everything was installed and up and running in jig time. An excellent service and I would highly recommend Heatable.”

“I put my request for a new boiler through the website on Wednesday and obtained a very competative quote. After speaking to Sam I placed the order and the date for fitting was super quick and set for the Friday. I submitted photos of exsisting boiler, Flue etc as requested and Sam confirmed all was ok for Friday. At 08:00 Paul turned up as scheduled and by 13:00 the new Viessman boiler was fitted and working perfectly. The fitters were clean, polite and professional. I was contacted several times by the team to ensure I was happy and everything was working with no problems. The whole service I received by Heatable was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. A+++++++++”

Great boiler choice at a fantastic price with extras included, easy to use and clear website and the best bit of all a professional, fuss free installation exactly as promised, on time and followed up promptly with paperwork including registering for guarantee. Basically, you choose the boiler (with phone or online help if required), pay and then sit back and th rest is ALL taken care of professionally, in may case within 3 days too. In summary, this must be the best online innovation yet for a traditionally stressful process - I can't recommend Heatable enough base on my experience. By the way the Veissmann boilers are great, very quiet and efficient - top German quality.”
