“Never delivered my order after nearly a month had no response to any attempts to get in touch. This was a gift for a friend, ordered nearly a month ago. Ticket #100002518 and order100040545. Now I have read the other reviews I know that I have been ripped off too. Do not buy from here.”

“Ordered April, they took the money but I haven’t received my order. It’s now November. Wish I checked online before purchasing as I see many others are being ripped off!! You request a ticket and nothing is done. Also checked my account and states says picking!! You have no way of contacting them AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“I ordered £35.00 worth of goods from this company in June 2020. Never received a thing or my money back. this is a scammer and i hope they get their come upance on judgement day. Criminals. I did notify the criminal bureau so don't know how they are still trading.”

“The only good part of my order was that I received it within two weeks. Products themselves were of very disappointing quality. First of all tie back caps that are described as 100% cotton are from completely uncomfortable slipping polyester or similar artificial material. Hijabs described as hemp jersey knit are even marked as 100% polyester, they are nowhere near two ways stretch but one way stretch (lengthwise or even diagonally) Same applies to modal hijab - apparently just cheap polyester. One hijab had a huge visible hole in the middle. Well, the last order from Hearthijab, those pieces of cheap and very poor quality fabrics are not worth it at all.”

“Assalamu 'alaykoum wa rahmatu'Llahi wa barakatuHu sisters, My mom also placed an order worth £40 from Heart Hijab in September and still haven't received anything nor gotten any refunds. However just want to encourage you to check their website as they posted an update (press the "NO MORE COVID DELAYS" at the very top of the website) that they took a bad hit at the beginning of the year because of COVID-19 and their merchandise was delayed as it comes from China. The update was posted on the 10th of November. They also said in it that they will be getting to customers orders as quickly as possible. Just wanted to leave this here.”

“TERRIBLE. I ordered hijaabs back in September. Can't reach them and have never received my hijaabs or my refund. This company will steal your money the way they did mine and by the looks of it, other people have suffered the same experience. Allah save us from people who use Allah's name to rob people!”

“Assalamualaikum I have received my hijabs today and I must say the quality for the price is absolutely amazing. Jazakallah khaina for the amazing hijab will be buying again inshallah. I read a couple of comments in your YouTube about people that didn’t receive their hijabs which made me a bit nervous about ordering but alhamdulillah they came. Thanks again.”

“Looking at the reviews on here I won't hold my breath then. Can't believe they take orders and don't fulfill them. I guess my money has gone down the drain! Made an order with next day delivery on Wednesday it is Friday and have recieved nothing. I have made a ticket on the Website. They have not got back to me and don't think they will. Let's hope you can lube with yourselves knowing how many people you are upsetting. Even muslims are not truthful anymore by the looks of things.”
