“Easy ordering experience, beautiful options to select from and quick next-day delivery delivery! I would have loved a photo of the bouquet before it was sent, and do think that free delivery should be included considering the price point. But all-in-all great experience!”

“The flowers arrived on time, and they were we’ll packaged. My father loved them but having chosen them myself for him, I was a little disappointed with the arrangement.”

“I really like Haute Florist they’re always reliable and there flowers are great. However as I do use them a lot I would appreciate being given a discount for being a loyal member. Not just money off when someone else use the code and signs up.”

“The flowers arrived on time, and I'm told they were excellent, although I haven't seen them. The only thing that lets it down is that Royal Mail provides very limited tracking. I didn't get any dispatch or delivery confirmation, so spent all day worrying that they didn't make it OK and I would be forced to argue for a refund or replacement. Royal Mail really are one of the most backward couriers - they don't guarantee named-day delivery, and don't keep you updated where your parcel is.”

“Thank you for the opportunity. The bouquet looked beautiful. The service was excellent, apart from the departure from the original delivery date. The date of delivery is crucial. “Excellent flowers which were delivered on time and much appreciated. The only worry I had was that the email I received on ordering the bouquet did not give the address and I hoped everything was going to go smoothly, which it did!”

“The delivery, packaging and presentation of the flowers were faultless, stunning even. The colours and flowers choose within the arrangement was beautiful. However, unfortunately my flowers didn’t last long at all, and the roses died within 24h. I would use this company again, but perhaps a different arrangement”

“The process to buy was easy and they have lots of different options. The only reason for the 4 stars is because they didn't deliver on the day I needed and paid for. it was a 90th birthday gift and arrived a day later. I still don't know how the flowers arrived and if they're going to last for long (as I haven't seen it). I would say that if it's a special occasion and you need it for a specific day, just be aware that it probably won't arrive on time...”

“Beautiful flowers but delivered on the wrong day. I was given the choice of Sunday delivery when booking - which was the actual day of my daughters birthday - but they were delivered a day early. Luckily her house mates hid them. The flowers were perfect so all was well!”
