Bad service, flowers were good I understand but trying to contact them and have any communication was just rubbish

I paid £54 for a bouquet of blue and white flowers. When I arrived at my friends’ house in Castlerock, N Ireland this afternoon where you had delivered the flowers yesterday, I was NOT impressed. They were not blue but pink. 3 of the roses couldn’t be used because they were dying and others won’t last more than a day or two. You are delivering some to Belfast on Wednesday and I sincerely hope they will be better.

The flowers although nice were not delivered on the requested date even though I paid additional delivery. This was very disappointing as they were a gift in special circumstances. I feel as if the replies I received were very general and did not address my personal concerns. I'm afraid to say I won't be using Haute Florist again.

The reason for less stars is because the flowers I sent to my sister were a day late. The flowers themselves were lovely but I thought that flowers would have been delivered on the requested day. I suspect that it was probably the Royal mail that caused the delay but I expected that the flowers would have been dispatched in time or earlier to ensure they either arrived on time or a little bit early ( preferable to being late,) as they were ordered in time to allow this. Having said that, my sister loved the flowers and when my daughter sent flowers for next day delivery to me they arrived early the next day.

I was disappointed with the flowers. There were too many of the yellow and white flower. It just looked like they filled up with whatever they had bulk of.

Disappointing. Royal Mail attempted delivery at the wrong address, so ultimately the flowers arrived 2 days late for my mum’s birthday (so also 2 days less fresh). Clearly this wasn’t Hautes fault, but they showed no interest when I contacted them. I wouldn’t use them again.

There's lots of competitors in this market, so you may be wondering if you should use Haute? Don't bother, they won't deliver on time; just use a decent local florist. I ordered on a Friday for delivery on Sunday, at cost, they happily accepted the order, but then contracted Royal Mail who didn't deliver till Tuesday. 95th birthday missed. Only two stars as apparently the recipient liked the flowers.

As the recipient of surprise birthday flowers, I am unlikely to recommend this company to anyone. I have never recieved flowers in such a poor state ever. I'm sorry my friend spent her money. No support in the box , damaged leaves, wilting leaves, and brown edges on the roses. This was the 2nd attempt to get it right....Dont waste your money.......

Delivery was late by a day when it’s a birthday that’s unacceptable ! Said they can’t guarantee delivery on chosen day But tell me that when it’s all ordered and Paid and already late ! Would NOT use again so many other reliable eflorists to chose from

Ordered flowers 2 days in advance and paid for specific day delivery.. very disappointed that flowers were not delivered on time for my nans birthday. She did say they were beautiful when they arrived a day late

The flowers are fresh and the medium bouquet is a very good size. The personalized card looked great as well. What was not good was the fact that I have not received any email that the order was delivered, no heads up, nothing. The flowers were delivered a day later after on the website I mentioned clearly the date. The surprise was good but it was late.

Of the eleven lilies in this bouquet only one has opened during the 12 days after receipt. Very disappointing.

Have been using Haute to send flowers from Australia for my mum for a while. Feeling a bit disappointed with the quality of these ones. The petals are droopy already.

Super dissapointed with my product ot was a 1/4 of the size very under developed and if im honest made me sad and was gutted when my mum rang me to say she'd recived it and discribed it only have it 2 stars because of the delivery time was spot on But gutted over all with it

I wasn’t impressed with the flowers - much smaller than expected, didn’t match photo on website at all and disappointed not to receive any update on item having been dispatched so I had no idea if flowers were received by the recipient. I had to follow up on the life chat via the website where I got the Royal Mail tracking.

The bouquet was well packed and delivered on time, however the bouquet was much smaller than expected. The three roses within the bouquet were irreversibly droopy. This bouquet was for my 91year old mother on law who was upset because she knew I would be disappointed. I would have got a better bouquet from my local supermarket.
