App was easy to use and flowers arrived on time. Looked great when opened but only lasted 4 days.

Flowers came a day late and it was supposed to arrive on her actual birthday. Defeating the whole purpose of sending the flowers. I am not at all pleased. The product itself is good.

I ordered flowers for Saturday, 12th August. They didn't arrive until Sunday 13th August at 6pm. This wasn't strictly Haute's fault, it was Royal Mail who failed to deliver on time. Royal Mail failed to provide a time slot either so we had to wait in on both days for delivery. Where the responsibility lies with Haute is to only use couriers who can guarantee delivery on a set date. Royal Mail will not guarantee delivery with their tracked 24 hour service. Flowers are a perishable product and we lost over a day's use (nearly two days as they arrived so late). We paid £54.50 for our flowers. The experience ruined the present for us.

We ordered a medium bunch of flowers for my sister in law’s special 60th birthday which was delivered and left in the shed. The bouquet costs around £40. We wanted to make her feel special on her birthday. Leaving it in the shed next to a bin did not pass on the warm and loving message that the flowers were supposed to give. Unimpressed and disappointed with the delivery service.

Very disappointing experience. Was notified by Royal Mail that they would make delivery between 8.36pm and 12.36pm on the named day that I paid for but they didn't attempt delivery until 14.09pm when recipient was out. Thus she didn't receive the delivery until the next day. Also the cost of the champagne was exhorbitant for a bottle of Moet and it was not possible to get the flowers and the champagne delivered together. I used Haute due to a recommendation from a work colleague but would definitely not use again. Poor experience

Ordered country wide garden standard for my mum. The packaging was great and great communication and delivery. However, the flowers in particular the roses didn't last more than a day. they weren't fresh at all sadly.

Disappointing overall experience. Purchased summer bouquet for anniversary gift but Royal Mail managed to miss delivery by 2 days. Whilst flowers were well boxed, they didn’t cope well with the delay and finally arrived wilted, drooping and petals dropping. Advised Haute florists, purely for information but got standard response about delivery being outside their control. Not the best customer service. So overall result was poor value. Late delivery from their chosen partner, flowers well past their best, disappointed customer… Toby - Huntingdonshire.

I ordered flowers on Saturday to arrive Wednesday. They’ve been delayed a day so unfortunately are arriving when my friend will be at her mother’s funeral. Most disappointed and when I emailed company received an automated reply which was so insensitive. Hopefully the flowers will be worth the wait but can’t see me using them again

Paid for the large option. Delivery was good. Smelt lovely. However, by the end of the day the flowers had already started to wilt. For what they cost I would expect a lot better.

Pretty flowers, and the same base colours as the photo, but without any white and tiny! This was supposed to be medium so I would hate to see what regular size was like

I have loved this florist that I discovered last year and I think this is my 3rd or 4th order - never had a problem until now. I sent my daughter the Sunkissed sensation bouquet which I upgraded to the medium size - with delivery £44.50. She loved the flowers on arrival as they are spectacular - so far so good :) however on the 3rd day she has had to throw away the roses and long stemmed flowers as they have wilted and started to die. I don't expect this from a good florist but I thought Customer service would put this right - reputation is everything after all - even a small bouquet of roses to make up for it. NO apparently she didn't cut them right before putting them in the water and food - NOT TRUE! we all know how to look after cut flowers...first an offer of £10 of my next order (please get this order right first!) then a 2nd offer of £15 pounds off my next order.........where has good old customer service gone - I didn't ask for any compensation as a company is only as good as how they deal with something when it goes wrong - rather than arguing with me why aren't they just trying to make things right (and I don't mean trying to get me to spend more money) so as they say ..not angry, just disappointed! Can anyone recommend a good florist?

I felt it wasn’t value for money plus I received no gift card. So it was disappointing. The flowers looked extremely limp However, I do the box it arrived in to my mum I was shocked!

This was a quick and efficient florist and the flowers were beautiful, but they wilted the next day. My aunt was so disappointed.

All details were put in but apparently address didn't show - they were definitely put in. Could have phoned as my number was on there. Flowers were late. Disappointing service

Ordered the largest "Belle in Black" bouquet for UK niece's 50th birthday. Black being the point. Will try and find option to upload pic of what I ordered, and what was received - pretty enough bouquet but small, pink, and the roses were dead on day two. After complaint they agreed there was a 'quality control issue' and gave me a $20 credit. Sending a consolation bouquet and will see what arrives, but this was definitely an epic disappointment.

You sent the wrong card addressed to a couple for their retirement ! Whereas mine was for a birthday gift! I’m not sure whether you sent the correct plant as well! The plant I ordered was a peace lily whereas the photo my friend sent me looked like a small peace lily with lavender. Well what can I say !!!!

When phoning customer service the person sounded like they were in a cave it was that hard to hear them! Also how can you lose flowers in transit then they arrive overall was quite poor and wont be going again👍🏻
