Disappointing would probably not use Haute Florist again, due to poor communication.

Delivery was flawless,delivered as expected. The flowers are okay. Not worth the cost. Majority of the bouquet has brown leaves and just looks a bit sad. I am not impressed and im sure the recipient was disappointed too. Dont be fooled by the good website. Its probably the best part of this firm. Don't believe the image on the website is "medium" sized bouquets, the picture looks like the large i ordered. I paid extra for large and i would hate to imagine the size of the medium based on what i received. I dismissed the other bad reviews and decided to try this florist anyways. I won't make that mistake again.

I've used Haute Florist a couple of times because I like the style of the bouquets and usually the service has been good. However, this time I ordered next day delivery and my flowers were delivered a day late. As a result, I wasn't able to give them to the intended recipient (I'd ordered them next day for a reason) and the flowers looked tired from being in transit an extra day - five of the stems were ruined. I appreciate this is probably Royal Mail's fault rather than Haute Florist's, but the outcome is that I've got a substandard bouquet and have to buy a new gift for my friend. When I got in touch with customer services they replied quickly, which is good, and agreed there was 'slight damage' to the flowers, but the best they could offer was £10 credit. I don't think that's great, because I really didn't get what I paid for. No company gets it right all the time, but how they respond to problems matters.

My friend was happy and posted a picture of her flowers, and it did not look like the flowers on your page. Very disappointed. I used you before, and my friends have been happy, but of course, they will not complain. I am glad my friend sent me a picture to see that is not what you advertised. No great for £50

Very disappointed! I bought some flowers for my friend’s birthday to be delivered on Saturday although she has received only on Sunday. Don’t recommend.

Poor Unlike the picture Very sparse bunch and I paid extra for large So beware would not buy from hauta again have had better from Aldi for much less money

Flowers you sent 45 pounds plus 5 pounds postage was not good.

My first order was a disappointment as I ordered a large “Roma” bouquet however the arrangement delivered was not anywhere near large. Most disappointingly of all was the quality of the flowers, the white roses were discoloured and tired and some of the flowers were broken on arrival. I won’t be shopping at Haute florist again.

Was supposed to be next day delivery. Was in all day yet the flowers were delivered a day later than it said. The flowers were dying and browning and dropping to bits. Not impressed at all to say how much money was paid for these flowers.

I’ve always been confident and thrilled with the quality and service when ordering from Haute Florist but sadly my last experience when ordering flowers for a friend’s funeral was appalling. I won’t go into detail here but perhaps you would like to contact me directly to discuss. (FYI, I was in contact with customer service at the time but wasn’t happy with the seemingly cut and paste responses).

I have to say I was disappointed when I was sent a picture of the bouquet that arrived, since I selected large and paid more for the extra flowers, I didn't think the bouquet was worth the money. I can only imagine what size the small would have been! Delivery was fast though.

No message written on the card Therefore when the flowers got delivered, the receiver was unable to identify the sender.

Great and efficient service, but I was very disappointed and unimpressed with the size of bouquet of flowers given the price and paying extra for what was supposed to be a bigger bouquet!

I ordered flowers with this company, I paid for the big size, my partner received a ridiculous order, a really small size. I feel fooled, beautiful and fresh flowers yes but really expensive for that size. I wont use this service anymore.

This was the first and unfortunately the last time to use this florist. I wasn’t very impressed with the size of the bouquet delivered, especially as I ordered the larger bouquet. It’s a convenient service but the condition of the flowers and size of bouquet wasn’t as I expected when compared to other local florists.

I thought being as you were based in Ware, it would be fast and efficient, but it was not. Instead I spent the day concerned whether my flowers would be delivered on time, your customer service did nothing to assure me either. Would I use you again. No.

Quite disappointed. The planter ordered for my daughter and husband arrived upside down so was pretty much ruined. However my daughter contacted Haute and they are replacing it. Obviously a problem with the courier/packing which needs to be addressed. An email I sent to Haute about it has remained unanswered so far. Not the sort of service expected from a company presenting themselves as upmarket.

Totally disappointed. Not what I ordered at all. Photos available. Totally different from what I expected and don't feel this was worth the money paid sorry. Would not recommend and never use again.
