I returned a dress I bought from Harvey Nichols nearly 4 months ago what I gave a lot of money for with tracking number they never did return my money or my dress now There saying it’s too late to do anything is there a further complaints team I can go to this is so not expectable I never seen or heard ruder people to deal with also

Not impressed. Ordered before cut off for NDD, paid £8 for the privilege, no parcel next day. Highly unimpressed, will not order again.

I would like to write to Harvey Nichols about how considerate and extremely helpful a member of their staff was to myself. Rachel Stanley, Manageress of the Deli in Cathedral Street, Manchester, was so kind and thoughtful during an exchange procedure, I can’t thank her enough. It was so appreciated. I ordered a prosecco gift box for my friend's birthday. I had paid for name day delivery - what a waste of time. It was not delivered on the named day, but the following day. My friend was home all day and no delivery was attempted, and I was sent an email telling me no one was home. I then gave the option for a neighbour to take it in the following day. They didn't try to deliver to the neighbour who was also in all day, and I got another email telling me that they would now try the following day - fours days after the date I wanted it to arrive. This was too late as my friend was flying early that morning on holiday for a week. If you give a name day delivery service then ensure that you can provide it!

I ordered a Hibiki 21 Year for one of our most important clients (£900). Not only did the driver not deliver it directly to them, they threw it over the garden wall. Then when challenged, they said they received a picture of it with a closed door so no fault from their point of view. Asking me to ask the client to send in proof they are lying. Never once had this issue with Harrods, my mistake for trying to save £100. Premium company, premium product but delivered absolutely sub-par.

Thank you to Emma at Harvey Nichols? what a fabulous lady Emma is she has got fantastic people skills she made me feel, but I wanted to come back again. She sat me down because I was picking some Creed for my son’s birthday and we went through it all then she asked me if I would like some for myself, and I smelled some of the ladies perfumes in creed I will be back to buy some for my Christmas with my husband. She needs to go all the way in her career. She’s definitely got people skills and that’s what you need today in the shop. Lovely manners and a lovely person to help. Thank you Emma so much and I will be back. At the Creed counter again you are fabulous Emma

After a long day of shopping, my partner and I decided to pop up to Forth Floor Bar for a glass of wine. While in the restaurant and before we ordered, we decided on a bottle of Champagne. After waiting 10 minutes for service we had to stop a passing waiter and request our chosen bottle of £100 champagne. (In the grand scheme of things not amazingly expensive) and 2 glasses of water. After we were served our bottle of champagne and two glasses of water, that was the end of any kind of service. We were seated for two hours, and throughout the entire time no one came by and asked if we wanted another bottle of champagne nor if we wanted any food or a refill if our water. When we were presented with the bill there was a discretionary service fee, added onto our bill. Of course, we declined to pay the discretionary service fee because we had no service. I’m sorry. We did mention our concern to the waiter, who might have been the maître d’, that service wasn’t great- no proper apology and I don’t expect I’ll ever go back. A first class organization, with second rate service. Better off to go to a local hostelry!

I placed an order for a pair of shoes and received a confirmation email within three minutes of making the purchase. However, upon reviewing the email, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. Immediately, I contacted customer service to request a cancellation. They assured me that the order would be canceled and I would receive an email confirmation. Unfortunately, I never received that email, so I decided to call again. During my second call, I spoke to another representative who informed me that they could see the cancellation request and assured me that I would receive the email soon. However, once again, I didn't receive any email confirmation. Instead, I received a shipping confirmation from DHL, indicating that the shoes were being sent to me. Feeling frustrated, I called customer service once more. This time, the representative apologized for the inconvenience and promised to send me a return label. Two days later, I received the order, but I still hadn't received the return label. I called again, and the representative informed me that they had been experiencing some issues. Eventually, I received the return label and sent the item back. Currently, it has been six business days since Harvey Nichols received the shoes, but I haven't received a refund or any confirmation that they have received the item. This entire experience has been disappointing for me, and I wanted to share it with you so that you can consider it when making your decision.

I just want to write and say a great thank you!! My trip in store on Bank Holiday Monday was something to write about as I received exceptional customer service from the Fenty Beauty ladies; Bianca and Janina. As I arrived I was greeted almost immediately and then all 3 ladies continued to engage with me the whole time, discussing the products and the availability. One individual even when to seek out stock for. I felt very well looked after and these days customer service can feel very rare so thank you ladies for restoring my faith. I found out one Harvey Nichols ambassador was a manager, they say great leadership is seen and it was.

Terrible customer care from online order, order various products one ( Yves Saint Laurent Make up gift set Coutures Favourites) the gift box inside the perfectly formed box sent in was in an awful state, out of shape and torn. Photos sent in asking for a free returns label to be told I’d have to return at own cost. No way that it could be given as a gift. Not acceptable, very poor customer care

I purchased hair straighteners in store at Harvey Nicholls Bristol as a gift, however the recipient would like to exchange them. I have tried to return these only to be told: "Sorry to inform you that hair straighteners are labelled under hair accessories, making them non-returnable or exchangeable." When these were purchased at no point did a member of Harvey Nicholls staff mention that these were non returnable. In fact, I was offered a gift receipt. I consider this to be misleading and unfair. I ordered an $800 pair of boots to which the website duplicated the billing address as the shipping address. I caught the mistake within literally 60 seconds so I called customer service immediately... Literally 60 seconds after clicking order! I spoke with a lady who assured me the address had been updated and the warehouse staff would be notified immediately. When I got the shipping confirmation I saw the address was still the same so called back. She then assured me yet again she had corrected to which I got a confirmation email which had the right address but wrong State. Now I am panicking so I call back again as I am on the other side of the country and ask if she can cancel it and I will just reorder, she assured me it would be fine. Then the item was shipped and when I checked the delivery address it is of course wrong and going to Atlanta. I was then told they could intercept the package and I would hear from Global-E services to which I never did so I called DHL myself and submitted a change of address request. This would have to be approved by the sender, Harvey Nichols, but now it is to late as the package has been shipped to a totally wrong State with no one to receive it and no one to forward it to me so now whoever has moved in to my old apartment has a free pair of $800 boots all because I was reassured not to cancel the order and that Harvey Nichols could rectify my issue. This is insane for a high end luxury retailer to have such terrible customer service. This is an experience you would expect from a fast fashion or a retailer of that nature.

Purchased 2 pairs of Vivienne Westwood Jewelry from Harvey Nichols online. I am in the US, and I was pretty worried because a lot of my Vivienne purchases from other UK retailers have been a nightmare. However, Harvey Nichols served & delivered. I am so pleased with the products (perfect condition, just as described) In arrived in a timely manner. The packaging was also secure & aesthetically pleasing. Thank you!

Visited the Leeds store today 26/5/22 to purchase the shoes of my dreams as i'm getting married next week (yes I know i'm cutting it short). Just got to say the lovely gentleman sales assistant was totally wonderful, helpful and a spot on in every way, sorry I didn't get his name (tall fella gay as a feather duster) but am sure he is a highly regarded member off staff so many thanks to him. Oh and the Christian Louboutins are murder but the look fabulous.

Avoid!! My item was collected over 2weeks ago and somehow on their system it shows I had nothing to collect. Paid £895 for the coat, received with a £850 price tag. Currently 3weeks since made order I am nearly £900 down, no jacket, no resolution and their customer service is a joke. Only wanted to exchange for another size however after this experience I would rather take my money elsewhere.

I ordered three set of skincare propducts in December,2020,now it has already been over 4 month, I still not received anything. It is said it was returned to the seller by costom.I sent email many times, still no answer, it is just like a fraud, the worst experience ever. Will naver ever buy anything from this website.

I received a generous value of vouchers for Harvey Nichols for my 40th birthday in December and identified a Burberry coat online that I i wanted to buy. Given the National lockdown the store is closed until at least mid April so I opted to purchase online. I was so excited to buy my new coat only to be hugely disappointed when unable to utilise my vouchers online! Upon contacting customer service and asking them to make an exception given the current circumstances I have been met with silence. This is not the service that I expect from Harvey Nichols and I’ll be asking for my vouchers to be refunded so that I can spend the money elsewhere. The coat is a winter coat and may not even be in stock come April as the new season stock is brought out. I’m hugely disappointed.
