“Ordered product showing in stock, after 2 weeks heard nothing so called , only to be told no stock even due in ! No one bothered to let me know !! Assistant was very apologetic, at least she had some customer service !!! Canx my membership too, not buying from them again”

“Not a great design have a very uncomfortable seam across the knee which inhibits riding and sitting down Already after two weeks been relegated to back of horse wardrobe In fact now sent back”

“Came without fitting instructions. No idea what to fit leg straps to and what elasticated strap at top of neck was for. Rug tore in multiple places within three hours of pony being turned out in it. Rug also slipped badly and thus put pressure on withers, rubbing them. Bucas's customer service needs complete overhaul too as the response I got to my complaints was laughable. SO disappointed in this rug and wouldn't recommend it at all. Utter waste of very hard earned money.”

“Unfortunately this rug did not live up to the usual standard of Masta rugs. It lasted 2 days before my girl had managed to rip the chest fasteners completely off the rug. Poor quality.”

“Delivery took 10 days 😡. 6'9" Masta turnout tugs are not deep enough. Annoying as Protechmaster rugs are deep and I expected turnouts to be the same. 😔”

“Ordered and payed for some breeches on 25 May 20. Was sent a request to review my purchase on 8 Jun 20. As the product had not arrived at this point I sent a request for update on delivery. I received a reply on 15 Jun 20 on how to reset my password!!!!!!! I immediately replied requesting delivery update or refund - as yet I have not received a reply.”

“Website clunky and the Rhythm Seeker that I ordered 18 days ago has not arrived with no explanation. I hope that the email that I have just sent will be read and understood properly, unlike some of my previous ones about other issues. I also hope that some new and exciting items are added to the website because I am a bit bored of lots of the same stuff being offered for a long time.”
