Love the phone pocket, however material quite itchy and does rub my legs behind my knee in particular, got them on sale price wouldn’t buy at full price

The products came through the post really fast however I ordered a leadrope and within 2-3 times of using it it has already started to fray and fall apart

I was very disappointed that I didn't receive a proper Insurance Certificate with Policy Number and what my insurance covered. I need one for a new livery yard the on line one was usles

Come up quite small around the waist and knee but looser on lower leg. Didn't want to go up a size as then lower leg would be far too baggy.

taking the gold insurance seemed quite a good thing and yes vet fees as stated are for external injuries but then when it comes to the crunch and your horse has been diagnosed with uveitis then the insurance doesnt cover you as not external injury and then when the uveitis has got so bad that there is a possibility of euthanasia as your horse cannot see thinking that i may get some cover to help pay for removal which would be great so then i will be able to afford to have my beloved boy back home but no because its not external injury disposal costs are not covered so where i thought this is a good insurance to get in actual fact its faulse economy ive paid hundreds on vets fees and hundreds on medications for my boy and now hundreds on having him put to sleep and removal just wish i had gone with a proper insurance cover then maybe i could have got him the proper help and care that he needed and could have had the correct insurance that would have helped with the cost so yes im not a happy customer and yes this is all my own fault by thinking this was a good insurance for my boy so unless you are minted and can afford to just get external cover then i would advise against this insurance so not even a penny towards the costs of euthanasia and removal sad and sickening

I was assured a delivery date by yourselves. That wasnt met so i rung and spoke to you on the phone and with apologies was told i would get on an AM delivery the following day as the clothing was needed for pony club. This never turned up till the following Monday.

I received my Hayton denim breeches and didn’t even try them on as the shape of them was nothing like the photo on the website that made me decide to buy them. They were shaped like old fashioned jodhpurs from the 1960s with balloon shaped thighs. They were absolutely not what I thought I was buying. I completed the returns form and posted them back the next day requesting a refund. So far I have heard nothing from Harry Hall either acknowledging my returned breeches or advising a refund.

The lady on the phone was excellent but your webpage indicates a gift card in an envelope/pouch where in fact you get an email which doesn’t make an exciting present!. I actually made Gift vouchers with the codes.

These come up way too small. I’m a size 14 and ordered the appropriate size but couldn’t even get them past my knees! They look really nice but no good if you can’t wear them.

I'm sure the rug would have been good, but I was sent the parcel with just a note to say 'out of stock'. I emailed customer services with no direct reply. I had a phone call several days later to say they were packaging my items and it appeared the rug was out of stock. The parcel was already delivered without the rug! Why enable someone to buy something online when that item is not available. Will make me question what I am buying from here now - is it really in stock?

Rug arrived with rust - contacted Harry hall but didn’t receive a reply. Was not looking for a refund as the rug was needed and used upon arrival but disappointed in what we received
