“These boots are a nightmare to get on and off shame because after you eventually do it they are really smart. Don’t keep your feet ad warm as you would like. Over all they are just ok”

“It took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive due to the use of Evri as a courier. As much as the customer assistants I spoke to at Harry Hall were helpful, it did take me to make contact four times before the resolution of sending the order with a different courier was arranged. It's a real shame because I have used Harry Hall several times in the past and really like their products but this most recent experience has put me off.”

“The problem I have had is that I could not get all the information I needed before getting vet cover, once in place I realised it wasn’t suitable and cancelled it within the time permitted. However I have repeatedly had money taken out of my bank account for it, contacting them each time, waiting for refunds being reassured it wouldn’t happen again and then it reoccurring the following pay date. One year on and still it assumes I have it and wish to renew. Upon making contact and once again saying I don’t have vet cover and consequently don’t wish to renew vet cover, they have just cancelled ALL my insurance though they had emailed that that would renew automatically, so no cover at all now 😠”

“I had a txt saying parcel delivered and signed for When I wasn’t even in and yes when home no parcel I’m so angry My horses needed their fly masks so hot Really turns you off internet shopping Still nothing nearly two weeks after emailing Harry hall”

“The boots are nice, they look good and appear well made. Unfortunately, when I bought them there was nothing to say that there is only one calf size and I cant' wear them with leggings . It is now going to cost me to return them!!!!!”

“Although the boots were excellent quality they were too high and too heavy for me and I have therefore sent them back. As I was isolating was only able to do this yesterday.”

“I have purchased a large number of equestrian items from Harry Hall over the last decade or so and generally everything has been of good quality. Unfortunately the rug I ordered for a Christmas present for my daughter hasn’t arrived for Christmas so I am quite disappointed given the good service I have always had in the past I have been told by email that it will arrive on 28th December now so at least I have been kept informed as to when I can expect it”
