“Needed a lid for the hot tub and needed it fast. Looked on the website and found a green one that looks as if it would fit, but not sure about green. Ordered Friday and it arrived today, Monday and the green looks really fab! Great service good quality lid… what more could you want.”

“From choosing which hot tub to installation, Tim and his team have been a great help, After James and his team mate installed it, he went through in simple terms how to balance and maintain tub. We have been back in touch with Tim in the shop a couple of times since, and always has the time and patience to explain anything we are unsure of. Great sales/Install and aftersales.”

“Can't recommend Happy Hot Tubs highly enough! From initial consultations with Happy Tim at the Gosport outlet, through pre-delivery notifications to installation day and follow up after-sales service it has been a pleasure. We opted for a year old HotSpring Jetsetter LX which is as good as new and ideal for the two of us. We looked elsewhere and were tempted by cheaper tubs with loads of jets, bells and whistles but opted for the Jetsetter as it is American made and has the jets we need for our use rather than far too many to show off with! The installation went perfectly with James and the team and the low wall it had to come over was not an issue. We had a comprehensive lesson in use and care on site and the follow up service has (this far) been brilliant, including a visit to our home only three hours after phoning with a slight issue (which was mostly our ignorance!). Happy Hot Tubs are not the cheapest Hot Tub retailer but the adage of 'you get what you pay for' is so true. We have a top of the range tub that will last for years and more than that, we know that Happy Hot Tubs will be at the end of the phone to sort out any issues or answer any questions. If you are thinking of a tub, go and give them a visit. You won't be disappointed.”

“Bought filters for my Canadian spa Toronto hotub a lot cheaper than manufacturers. Super super fast delivery, next day free. Fantastic customer service. Can not fault happy hotubs and will be making my accessories and parts from them in future.”

“Excellent Service! Following much procrastination, We got a small hot tub for rehab following surgery. They knew what we were after, didn’t oversell, delivered promptly, set it up and handed over with care. It was just what we were after! The tub had a minor valve fault which was fixed in a couple of days and has been great, my Smart Meter suggests it costs about a coffee every 2 days to run! October 22 prices!”

“Fantastic company. Had ours for 9 very happy years and still enjoying it. Any slight issues always sorted out quickly and friendly and professionally. Everything is fairly priced and nothing is too much trouble. Delivery was painless and carried out in and enjoyably way. Thanks again for 9 happy years, looking forward to many more.”

“This is a top class company that you can trust with your money. I purchased a new cover and lifter for our tub. It was always going to take a while as it was made to measure. I was kept informed and was offered delivery before Christmas if I wanted it. This was not a must for us so we waited until January. I have only just unpackaged and fitted to our tub. The quality is superb and the price was great value for money. I recommend Happy Hottubbs!”

“Dreadful service. Endless problems with delivery and courier. Happy Hot Tubs just kept saying it isn’t their fault/responsibility. Then hound by phone during work hours instead of respond to email. Completely disorganised company. For sure won’t be shopping here again!!”

“Purchased a rivals swim spa last year so have called in to Worthing branch twice for chemicals and accessories. Both times have been served by Jake who is not only very friendly but also very knowledgeable and has helped us with questions about chemicals balances. Excellent service all round (and also online next day delivery purchases). Fantastic company and staff keep up the good work.”
