"Although there were a couple of issues with the order, these were very promptly and professionally dealt with by the amazing Sophie. She was always polite and patient even though it did require a little time and effort to sort things out. The bed looks fab now and we are happy customers with a happy and correct bed!"

"We purchased a TV bed from Happy Beds but whilst putting it up realised the remote wasn't working so I emailed them to request a replacement remote. It was 30 mins before customer service closed on a Saturday afternoon so I wasn't expecting a reply for a few days (automated reply said 48 hours) however I got an almost immediate response from Chloe who was really helpful. She suggested some trouble shooting options and asked for a video showing the remote not working. Due to the file being too large to send via email I was given a number to send it via WhatsApp. Chloe responded to each of my emails really promptly and arranged for a new remote to be sent out within a few days under the bed guarantee. She was very polite and made the whole issue hassle free. Thank you for great customer service!"

"WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!\r\n\r\nMattress quality originally was fine now is terrible after just 3 years ONLY does not live up to it 5 year warranty have been told by Happy Beds they will NOT refund replace or collect this FAULTY mattress. Even though I turn the mattress a good few times a year they are saying it's not good enough. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!"

"I emailed the support line in need of the instructions to take the bed I currently had apart nice and safe. I got a reply from an employee named Jack around 4 hours after I sent the email with the exact things I need. Thanks to Jack for this quick response."

"Steer well clear and head to IKEA!\r\nMars bunk with trundle is a very poor quality product; the worst flat pack quality I have ever seen. Built by a flat pack professional (who has built more items very well for me and others). There are 1-2mm gaps between every side panel and couple trundle bed panels and several panel edges also don\u2019t align by 1-2mm. My 5 year old asks if I can stop her bed wobbling and it\u2019s up against walls on 2 sides! If this product meets BSI standards I\u2019ll be very surprised. \r\nHappy beds not offered satisfactory resolution after considerable correspondence. Don\u2019t seem to appreciate the significant inconvenience this causes when they ask to dismantle and repack for a refund. Offered a pathetic \u00a340 discount which in no way makes up for the poor quality and amount of time communicating with their team and BSI and TS - who agree the discount is poor and they should assist with dismantling and removal. \r\nRaised complaint to Trading Standards and BSI (you will need to name the distributor Julian Bowen Ltd who are responsible for BSI approval)and suggest others affected by this product do the same. Happy beds should remove this product from sale given the feedback is mounting from consumers. \r\nHopefully BSI will be along soon to inspect the product again. \r\nIf you have been affected by this product contact your local trading standards office and BSI for advice."
