“Many years now I have been using your company and I have been very happy most of the years as the same persons has attended ,this year we had a completely differant lady turn up ,she was very lovely but something was missing I cant actually say what it was as the children had the most brilliant time and thats all that counts ,the entertainers turned up late to the agreed half hour before hand which is probably what started the day off on wrong foot,the music wasnt very loud there was 29 children as in our usal 50 so less children .Same games were played and children had the most fabulous time.However I didnt feel the same energy from these two entertainers then in past entertainers,the party seemed disjointed ,when the magic act was going on the children all sat down at the table ,I didnt even know magic act was on another mum said to me would |I help to get the children up to go watch the magic act .Usually the glitter tattoos are done while children are having their food at the tables ,I dont know how children this year was made aware that the tattoos were being done ,the entertainer did communicate with me telling me that she would wait 10 to 15 minutes while children eat to start the tattoos ,sorry to say something just didnt seem right ,not the same enthusiam ,dont want to mention again however I need to as I didnt feel the same which may make me think of looking at other companys next year the previous entertainer was so good at what she does ,as I said one of the entertainers was really lovely as in the Fairy .However the Children had most fabulous time ,thank you for turning up and giving the children a brilliant party they had fun and all joined in ,”

“The children really enjoyed the enetertainment and had lots of fun. The entertainer always kept me informed of what she was doing or the next stage of the event and worked with me to ensure everyone was happy. The the only negative point is that the entertainer was very quiet (it may have been that her microphone was not loud enough) and the children and families at the back of the hall found it hard to hear what was being said. Overall perfect entertainment, which will be used regularly for Military Personnel and families of our Regiment.”

Im so sorry to hear that the children at the back of the hall couldn't hear. We really try to get sound systems that blast out the music and microphone, and find that the sound systems we use usually do a great job. So I am really disappointed to hear that. “My 4 year old son has a superhero party around 4 years ago - I still remember the entertainer we had from Happy kinder was very considerate of children's needs and range of abilities and brought a range of party accessories such as balloon modelling etc that fascinated the children - also brought their own music even though we had not ordered this it was great and we have many lovely memories! I have returned to Happy kinder to celebrate my twins 5th birthday and hope we will have the same experience with Happy kinder going above and beyond the customers expectations ! Thank you !”

“Entertainer kept all the children happy and occupied, mine really liked the balloons and although they were a bit shy at first as it was someone new for them to be around they were soon dancing and having fun with her! Party was East London Gymnastics Centre (Hugo, Abbie and Lydia) in April”

“The party entertainer was good and the children enjoyed themselves - I do however feel that the children got a little bored at times with some of the games - islands made from A4 paper were too small for the children to fully appreciate. Even though the entertainer had a microphone it was a little hard to understand what she wanted the children to do and they seemed to get a bit distracted by this. Timings were ok but we would have ran out of time for tattoos had I not stepped in and helped out - overall it was a good party.”

I spoke to Hannah your entertainer who felt it was a successful party and the children were having lots of fun. However she will be replacing her islands for the islands game and has taken on board your other points. Thank you so much for taking the time to give feedback. “Olive was very enthusiastic, fully engaged with the children and kept them thoroughly entertained throughout. My daughter declared it to be the best party ever! They especially liked the parachute games, the limbo and the pass the parcel. Only negative was that I had to chase a couple of times to discuss party requirements beforehand. I would definitely recommend Kinder Parties to friends.”

“Had a frozen party booked for my daughter. Overall it was good and the kids had fun despite the absence of the person who normally does Anna. But her replacement dud her nest and my daughter said she had a good birthday so happy child, happy mom :)”

“The entertainer (Vicky) who came to our party was fantastic and the kids loved her. There was a problem with her laptop which took around 20 minutes to fix. I would suggest that they have a back up as such problems put the entertainer and ourselves in a difficult situation.”

Dear Divya, Thank you so much for the lovely feedback on Vicky your entertainer. I am so sorry there was a problem with her laptop. Following your feedback I have asked her to get a back up sound system so this does not happen again. Vicky told me she did offer you a discount for the party for her laptop not working immediately. “We were very happy with our entertainer. She was fun, energetic and great at engaging all the children in the room. Our only disappointment is that the session did not involve anything related to Frozen Fever, which we were told would be included, but they did explain to me that they had tried to incorporate a Frozen Fever game which didn't work as they had hoped. That said, my daughter said it was the best party ever, and her sister was over the moon with it too.”

Thank you Lucy for the review! I am so glad that your daughters thought it was the best party ever! Great to hear! I am so sorry about your disappointment over the theming. I have spoken to Helena about this and she is very sorry that the Frozen Fever games did not work out as well as she had planned. We do try and theme our parties as much as possible to give them all a different flavour, but it seems we fell short this time. We take all feedback very seriously and will be using this to make improvements and make sure all our parties are themed the best they can be. “Our entertainer was Chelsea. The party was for a 2 year old and there were about 20 children. Chelsea was very good and kept the children entertained throughout the 2 hours and all the children seemed to have a great time. The ages of the children ranged from 1 to 8 and therefore Chelsea did well to ensure they all enjoyed themselves. Only downside was that we had booked a jungle theme and they did not have a outfit for the entertainer such as a Tiger, Lion, Monkey etc that you would expect for a jungle theme. Hopefully going forwards that will not be the case.”

Dear Paras, Thank you so much for the review. I am really so glad that the children had a great time. Thank you for the feedback on the costume. Chelsea's costume was a Panda Bear, which we normally use for our Jungle themed parties, and we haven't had feedback before that this is not appropriate for a Jungle party. However I will certainly look at what other costumes are available for us to use in the future as an alternative to Panda bear. Thanks again, Sophie

“The kids had a really nice time. The entertainer had a variety of games and tricks up her sleeve to keep them busy and burn some of that eternal energy that my kids and their friends seem to ALWAYS have. Well worth the money! I would definitely recommend the service.”

“The children had a great time playing the games that the entertainer provided. She managed really well keeping the children's attention which wasn't easy as the age range was from 19 months to 17 years old and most of the children had various special needs. The only negative thing was that a few of the mums commented on her shabby clothing. I would book again and would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you for making my girls party such fun”
