Hi, Problems with the Indesit machine. We found out eventually that the overflow pipe was leaking. Plumber fixed that and we opted for a Candy machine but not happy with that. Tom ordered us another Indesit,so just waiting for the new order to arrive. Thank you. Peter

Bought generator from Hansen Koehler control panel went out still under warranty they said we will have to wait in line to get a new control panel should have been ordered right away bad service do not use them.They said could take one month to three months to receive control panel very mad awful company.

My elderly parents bought a cooker to find a part fell off. They have contacted hanson s so many times and now into 2nd month still nobody has contacted them as to when this will be fixed. So out of 30 day period re refund due to faulty product.

Decided to go local big mistake. Shocking customer service, freezer damaged had four freezers delivered in the same day all damaged did not check before bring them out after the first two, even asked if we still wanted it but could not guarantee it would work. They had to reorder freezer told us it would be coming in Tuesday said would ring when it was. They did not and had to chase to find out if freezer had arrived said no but would be in Thursday and would ring us again the did not and we had to chase again Friday. Delivery was today freezer was not checked and delivered another damaged one, no more un allocated freezers in stock. Had to go in to Hansons to get a refund and the first comment out of an employees mouth was what have we been doing to these freezers as you can imagine this was not funny. Pathetic apology would never use again.

I purchased a free standing fridge freezer from Hanson’s on the 14 th of June.It was delivered with a large dent in the door.I asked for it to be returned but was promised a new door would be fitted.It is now the 16 th of August and despite numerous phone calls and plenty of false promises,nothing has happened.I went to Hanson as I wanted to support a local business.Never again

Good price, quick fitting, didn't give a damn when our dishwasher broke after 2 months! Tried to tell us it wasn't their problem after 2 months - contrary to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Got a date for tuesday moring got to 13:30 still not arrived when i rang the shop got told running late might be another hour i told them i had lost a day’s pay he said no you lost half a day

The men who installed the washer borrowed screwdrivers off me as they didn’t have tools with them. They did not seat the rubber washer in the cold feed connector and so it leaked. To switch the water isolated off I had to pull the washer out and being 72 I haven’t got the strength causing the Lino to rip. When I rang Hanson’s to inform them of the situation I was told it was my fault that the Lino ripped because I pulled the washer out. My delema was should I have waited for your men to get back and flood the kitchen I think not A shoddy service with no customer care what so ever Tony Beeston

Didn't have a bad experience. Didn't have an experience. Wanted an integrated washing machine......none available. Have been in the store in Willerby several times, never bought a thing Store write up about any electrical item being available, misleading. Wont waste my time again. So much for trying to buy local.

Appallingly service, did my research I wanted a Dyson Stick vacuum, wanted to use local independent retailer rather than a large store. Only one other customer in store, I stood next to lady serving, next to vacuums, then walked round the store,came back she never said she would get someone to help, I counted 5 members of staff in the shop, in the end the cleaner who was hoovering asked if I needed any help and offered to get a member of staff. I was so appalled with the service I just took the vacuum to the till paid for it and left. Next time I'll use a large store at least you get good customer service with a smile. Oh the vacuum cleaners are situated next to the checkout!!!!

The delivery men made an absolute mess of my hallway and living carpets.Used three Aerosols of stain remover,but still not clean and requires more work. The American style fridge/freezer as not been fitted in properly because it slopes too much to the back causing The doors to slam unnecessary. This could prove dangerous if one is not quick enough removing hands and fingers?

Hanson's willerby rd chose a microwave oven got it home was wrong model and white not silver took it back said out of stock on order will be in next month ,we looked on line it was 20 pounds cheaper with 2 year guarante staff not interested so cancelled
