“Hi, Problems with the Indesit machine. We found out eventually that the overflow pipe was leaking. Plumber fixed that and we opted for a Candy machine but not happy with that. Tom ordered us another Indesit,so just waiting for the new order to arrive. Thank you. Peter”

“Hanson’s contacted us by phone to confirm they had received our on - line order for a washing machine, informing us when the the order would be delivered. On the day of delivery the driver informed us of his expected time of arrival and the washing machine was wrapped in good protective packaging and the driver and assistant where excellent. They also took away the old machine for recycling. Excellent communication, delivery and all round service. Would definitely use Hanson’s again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.”

“Quite aside from their extensive ranges and competitive prices it's the customer service that sets Hansons apart. We ordered a new washing machine which unfortunately didn't fit but they simply helped us to find another one and happily changed it for a more expensive model at no extra cost. Fantastic service. Thank you. Can't recommend highly enough”

“Visited Willerby Road store. Mike kindly helped us with the 5 purchases needed for our kitchen refurb. Also did us a good discount. When they arrived however it was discovered that I had ordered the built in oven instead of the built under.(I didn't know there was a difference) When I told Mike he said don't worry I'll sort it and once new one was sourced he sent it out to us and took the other one back. So grateful and will not hesitate to visit again. Thank you so much.”

“Bought generator from Hansen Koehler control panel went out still under warranty they said we will have to wait in line to get a new control panel should have been ordered right away bad service do not use them.They said could take one month to three months to receive control panel very mad awful company.”
