“Love the shops unfortunately they did not have the costume I seen earlier in the shop but a member of staff told me they should have it on line. She helped be check availability on my phone and I ordered when I went hope. A great experience had by all.”

“Goods dispatched on a two day service instead of a one day service, despite the online guarantee that orders placed by a certain deadline would be guaranteed delivery the next day. So we did not receive a goods in time for our Halloween party”

“I ordered the costume and paid for it on the 25th October the site said next day delivery I taught great I needed it for Friday the 28th , Monday is Halloween and a bank holiday and still have NOT received the costume will I be shopping with you again No I will not and I will be expecting for a full refund”

“The costume was ripped I went to Dindrum to get another one and they wouldn't take it so I had to buy another costume I'm still waiting on the email to send the riped one back no service at all would never use Halloween hq again”

“Was pleased with the quality of the costume but my only problem with ordering online was my order said XL (11-14) but the package said (14-16). Bit to big and had to make alterations to it.”

“I am so dissapointed and v angry!, I ordered a broken doll outfit for my daughter size 8-10 and it said so on the packet. It arrived v promptly which was great but when she tried it on it was tiny. The label says age4-6 !! It ruined her day as she was supposed to dress up for school today. I wouldn't use this site again.”
