“Me and my dad didn’t know what I should be but we went to Halloween 🎃 HQ and saw a cool broken doll costume and makeup. We wanted to see what my mom thought and then we went back and bought it instead of using the website. I would recommend the HQ in Liffey Valley in Dublin instead of the one beside Meadows & Byrne in Naas”

“Halloween HQ made a big deal on their site about ordering before the countdown clock goes to 0. There were hours left on the Monday I ordered with a promise my order would be delivered by Wednesday. Middle of the day (wed) I got an email to say they were delighted to say my order has now been dispatched.”

“I placed an order for 2 children's costumes last Wednesday (5 days ago). I got an email to say they were despatched 4 days ago. The costumes haven't been received. I phoned twice and had to leave 2 voicemails enquiring as to where the costumes are? There was no option to speak to anyone. No one has phoned me back and the costumes haven't arrived yet - very disappointed and dissatisfied with total lack of customer service!”

“Ordered batwoman dress. Delivery was prompt. Happy with that however not true to size. Ordered size m (10-14) definitely much smaller. I’m only size 8 bought it to go over my clothes for dress up day in the school I work at but it’s really small. 😢”

“Placed order Wednesday 26th before 3pm, for next day delivery as promised on website.Costume was not delivered until 28th at 11.45, my daughter wasn't able to wear the costume to school that day.”

“I bought my costume on Halloween HQ website at the very last minute. The next day delivery is just a fantastic service they offer. I got my costume the next day and it was amazing. My costume was so complete and of excellent quality. I highly recommend Halloween HQ. It's a great company and it won't disappoint you. Thank you so much Halloween HQ.”

“Qualified for next day delivery as I ordered before 3pm, not only did I not recieve it the following day which was bad enough I did not even recieve it the second day, paying that amount of money and being held up that long is disgraceful, no discount, no apologies nothing from company as compensation. If I had to have none it would have been the third day I would relieve my order I would not have bothered ordering.”

“firstly I did not receive next day delivery as promised the costume was a day late and my son was very disappointed with the costume it looked nothing like its picture and while I would not expect great quality from a 28.00 euro costume it was even worse than expected.”
