" ordered online and it couldn't have been easier, the website had good pics and descriptions and got a text with the delivery to store date and time for my brake cylinder, ideal. then got a call from the store to say my part was in even earlier than promised so win win all round. well done Halfords! you often get stick but in my opinion you came up trumps! "

" Literally popped into the Scarborough store to purchase a tyre pump. Waited over 10 minutes to be served as 2 customers in front of me had enquiries/issue with refund etc. There should be a seperate desk for this, free ing up the till for normal straightforward purchases. There appeared to be more staff behind the scenes. Next time i need accessories i will hunt out a local independant store. "

" The staff at the Bishop Auckland store were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, when I went to purchase a replacement bicycle. Mathew explaining the pros and cons of the different types so I was confident that I had purchased a bike suitable for my requirements. Two days later, I collected the bike, assembled and adjusted by Jacob who even stayed late to fit some accessories. Excellent service. "
