“I bought a Hairvivi wig after doing what I thought was a ton of research. Shipping was fast and I was so excited to receive it in the mail. When I opened the box and looked at the wig, it was so awful and I felt so disappointed that it actually made me cry. The hair was shockingly thin, probably only about 120% density. The length was two inches shorter than what I ordered. The colour was completely different than what it looked like on their website and on the influencers they pay on social media. When I double checked that I ordered the right wig, I noticed from their shipping confirmation that the wig originated in China. I suspect that Hairvivi is scamming consumers and selling cheap wigs from places like Ali Express. I'm furious.”
“Please don’t buy this hair! It is not real hair. You can’t flat iron. I tried to cut bangs in the hair and you know how when you cut barbies hair it just doesn’t stay. I’ve cut bangs before and that was not it. The hair texture is like a Barbie. Fake fake! Not human hair. Please don’t listen to these youtubers they are lying for this company. I should have listened to the girls with only a few subscribers. The scalp is horrible! It looks so fake and slides back. Lesson learned too much money wasted. Fake scalp method does not look like a scalp. The hair sheds. If you want to be laughed at buy it.”
“Hairvivi your wigs are a game changer; I ordered my first wig from this company after reading numerous reviews and watching YouTube vids. I was hesitant at first because I have a small head size and many wigs company offer a small size that tends to be not true to size. But after speaking with customer service reps who answered all my questions and concerns I decided to go ahead. I cannot put into words how beautiful this wig is!!!! I’m absolutely amazed”
